A friendly gentleman from Affordable Cabinet Refacing came out to our home for an estimate on refacing our junky 1970s-era cabinets. He was very professional and there was no hard sell to sign an agreement and he also stressed that he wouldn't follow-up by phone unless we wanted him to. He had a very helpful binder of before/after shots of their work which was eye-opening, and I was able to flip through it while he took some measurements of the existing space. He was able to give me an estimate on the spot, which was great. In the end we've decided not to reface the cabinets due to some other work in our house taking priority at the moment, but if we do decide to do it down the road, I'd give these guys a call again. He said they can do the full install in just a few days, which would be way easier than a full kitchen reno but give a much-needed face lift to our kitchen.

The countertops were class. They were beautiful. I love the refacing and the countertops. The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was the tile work that was done. It was okay. I don’t have any big complaints but I would probably choose somebody else on that particular thing. This company does different things. You don’t have to have them do everything but they have their own tile people. I said okay, I’ll have their tile people do it. It was a ceramic tile. The price was in line within range and better than some of the companies, we’ve tried. The quality is very good.

Jack came to install on Monday, November 10th. Working alone (he prefers to do it this way), he stayed late every day, and finished on Saturday, November 15th. Jack was super meticulous, very considerate, and very clean with the work he did. He made one error in how a cabinet door was drilled, was quick to report it, and a new door was placed on rush order (at their expense). That door has since been replaced at a time that was very convenient for me. Shawn was the salesperson who came to our house. He was honest, had great ideas (both for appearance and cost savings). He does not "nickel and dime" his customers. He coordinated everything with the granite counter company (Stone One out of Methuen) and with a plumber (Bob Murphy) and everything ran smoothly. Shawn even stopped in during the week to check on the job. I don't think I have ever worked with a better company -- from customer service to quality to work to reasonable pricing. We found them on Angie's List and it was the best find ever! I understand that this company has teams of installers, but I can't say enough about Jack. So courteous and professional. Granted, he took longer than if we worked with someone else, but the quality was terrific. For someone who needs the job done faster, I'd ask Shawn about a team of two. For me, it didn't matter. I can't recommend this company enough. A+ rating!!

The owner came for fiinal measurements and decided that the cabinets on the other side of the kitchen should have the same doors he added 6 more doors and two pull out cabinet liners, at no extra cost. He said he tries to do all kitchens like he was doing it for himself

Everyone with spoke or worked with were very professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and the work was very good quality. There was a mistake with receiving the wrong cabinet doors, but employees stayed late to get the job done. Very happy and I referred friends to this company.

We were away and our contractor checked in on them .There were no problems and they addressed the few small issues right away.

It went very well. There was an initial misunderstanding about the scope of the work. I had sent photos of the area to be modified along with a phone conversation with "Matthew" discussing the work to be done. At that point he quoted a price of $500.00. When he arrived he realized that he had not fully understood what I was trying to communicate. (probably my fault; not his). He thought I was only referring to the three drawer floor unit to be modified. When he realized that there was overhead cabinerts to be modified also he did the unexpected. He looked at the overall job and said, "we'll do it for the same price." Now clearly he could have jacked up the price at that point, but he didn't. Both him and his partner (his dad) came and did the work in one day. When my wife and I arrived home from work the job was done right and everything was neat and clean. There was an additional short visit one night to replace some ceramic pieces that they had taken back to their shop to modify. Great job "Kitchen Tune-up!

I never thought I would say that I loved having my kitchen torn apart, but I loved every second of it! Sean and Jack, the gentleman who actually did the refacing, were awesome from beginning to end of the project. They started on the day they said they would and finished when they projected they would. Jack managed all the subcontractors and was meticulous about checking the work they did. He was AWESOME at his own job, too. The guy was a complete professional. He cleaned every day before he left, sealed himself into the kitchen area when there would be dust, put down plastic on our stairs to keep from destroying the carpet and even showed up during a blizzard so that he didn't get behind on the work. His refacing job was perfect too. As a finish carpenter, his attention to detail was really important to him and it shows in his work. Furthermore, it cost exactly what they quoted us, no surprises. There price was better then the competition, too! I can't say enough about how totally fabulous this experience was and how wonderful this company is. The companies that they work with are wonderful too. The counter tops are gorgeous, the tile work is awesome, and the plumber was fabulous! This probably sounds too good to be true, but, honestly, I couldn't imagine a company being more attentive, professional or talented. Even my kids loved these guys! I will use them again when my family moves and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

They did very well for me. I was very pleased, particularly about the price. I will need someone to come back because a few of them do scrape, but otherwise it was great.

Shawn came to my home for a free consultation. I appreciated his low pressure sales approach and I was extremely comfortable hiring him. I was very pleased with the fact that his price was 1/2 of the other quotes I received. Shawn's team came to the house and performed the job with professionalism and cleanliness. They came out and quoted and measured. Then a few weeks later they came back and installed. There was one thing they mis-measured. All of our drawers are a certain depth, except for one short one because of a pipe in the wall. They missed that and made the drawer too long. I would have missed it also, but they didn't complain or try to blame me, they just said they would come back with the missing drawer a week later. And they did.

Terry came to price the job. She measured and Jack installed/refaced the cabinets. There was a miscommunication regarding Terry's order, but Sean responded and resolved the concern quickly. Jack and Steve went above and beyond in their workmanship and professionalism.

I have told friends that this company provided the best customer service I have ever encountered. They were prompt and efficient.
