We had gotten a hmlp loan to have our bathroom remodeled with handicapped accessibility. One of the first calls we made from a list we were given was Accessible Solutions and i am glad we made that call. Jim and Debbie were a pleasure to work with from the initial visit / consult to the final inspection . They were friendly, informative , helpful, honest and on time for the entire process. Always communicating with every step, design, ordering , timeframes, construction, permits etc , working with us very well. the bathroom came out great, far exceeding my original expectations. I would highly recommend jim and debbie for any work you need to get done.

Horrible I would never even want to hire these people I was just desperate so I kept calling. I cannot believe they would not even return my call! So unprofessional and rude.
Description of Work: Jim and Debbie came to my home to do a handicapped bathroom remodel and deck with a ramp. They saw how much in need I was of these handicapped accessible additions to my home since I just had a baby and I am in a wheel chair. I called many times and never got a call back. The wife was rude and the husband extremely unprofessional! The husband, Jim, was trying to be funny and you could tell the wife, Debbie, was getting mad it was ridiculous. At least they could have called me back to say no we cannot do the job. How can people be so heartless?? I am disgusted by these two. Debbie walked around my home was quoting all these high prices and making me feel stupid because I didn't know a bathroom remodel would be 25k plus. DO NOT use this company you will be disappointed.

I was in contact with [Member Name Removed] regarding a similar posting a few years ago, as I had tried to contact her but she did not receive my message(s). She had posted a similar posting on another website back then, and after our communication, she removed the posting from the other web site. It recently came to my attention that a posting remained on Angie's List. As she has moved, I have not been able to reach her about this posting. Please be assured we do try to perform due diligence in reaching out to all clients. There are times when emails go into Spam folders and messages are not received, which is unfortunate and can cause the wrong impression which we do try to correct - as we did with [Member Name Removed] a few years ago.

We never did any work for this consumer. We did not even do a site visit to assess a project here. This post is in error. In fact, there is no such address in Framingham.

They came by and their assessment was way too high for us; so we sent them back. Their quote was $ 22000, which was way too much for a small kitchen. Our kitchen is only about 18 feet total. They were trying to do their job and that is what would cost them and that is the cost. Their responsiveness was good.
Description of Work: They gave us a quote for a small kitchen.

There is no record of visiting or assessing a kitchen for this consumer. We don't do many kitchens and any kitchen reno's we do are focused on accessibility; they must have us confused with someone else.

They were on schedule and they stuck to the schedule that was preagreed on for the job. The job they did was impeccable. Originally they were just home contractors, but members of their family became disables and they saw how they could benefit people by making home modifications. Their goal is to not only do the work appropriately but also be according to government regulations. We had to replace our toilet with another one because it was too wide. They are so precise. They do everything according to code. They make sure the work is attractive and welcoming as well. I would rate them high overall. I have recommended them to a number of people. The grant was for $30000, but we paid them $34000 which was higher.
Description of Work: I used Wood Wise Construction doing business as Accessible Solutions to install a wheelchair ramp as part of our bathroom remodeling last year. We got a loan for the work. The good thing about them was that they did all the interface with the granting agency.
