Later we called him with some questions, and he called us back twice to troubleshoot. The chimney is working well now and everything is great. His price was pretty good too. We had actually gotten a couple of quotes. This was the first time we got our chimney cleaned.

Description of Work: Called to have chimney damper repaired. Needed it done in a hurry. Chimney Swift offered advice over the telephone on how I might be able to fix it myself, but also called back to schedule an appointment in case I was unable to repair it. His phone instructions were precise so I was able to fix the problem myself.

They came out and did the installation while I was out, and everything seems great.
