They were quick, friendly, and helpful. I am not experienced in having a home renovated and I always felt they were giving me the straight scoop and knew what they were doing. The quality of the work is very high.

TCI was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and completely pressure free during all initial design and budget meetings. Once the work began they were there every day right at 7am to begin the work. The estimate was very accurate, and the outcome of the project was exactly as designed. Quality of workmanship is outstanding! And all individuals who we worked with were fantastic. We highly recommend them to friends and will be using them in the future for other large projects.

Mike came out and did an estimate for a wall removal for me. He answered the phone when I called (very rare for contractors) and we scheduled an estimate a few days later. At the estimate, he was extremely knowledgable and thorough, but was a little gruff. He also emphasized everything that could go wrong and added that in. This could be a good and bad thing. He gave me a ballpark number and left the property saying that he would follow up with a quote. But I didn't hear from again after that. Ultimately his estimate was a lot higher (about 5-10 times higher) than other contractors and his overall design of what it was going to look like in the end, didn't fit what I wanted. So we ultimately did not go with Teagno.

It was a pleasure to work with them. They were very knowledgeable and informative. The staff was friendly, respectful, and receptive to questions. They took pride in their work and took care to do it right and correct any problems that they found. I would highly recommend them.

Lou, Mike and the rest of Teagno's employees are extremely knowledgable, talented and responsive. My jobs were a bit complex and messy, but the work cost less than estimated and looks like I'll be set for the long-term. Every member of the work crew was intelligent and concientious. Teagno's billing detail is extremely thorough, giving me assurance that I was getting what I was paying for. All in all it was a great experience.

We have worked with TCI a few times and would not hesitate to call them again. They took the time to discuss the details of the projects with us and answer questions, even if it meant a little research. They take pride in their work and are a pleasure to have in the house!

They have been wonderful. They started in January and they are almost finished now. It has just gone extremely well. I got a good estimate in the beginning and it has pretty much followed that. The personals have been very fine. They are expensive.

We interviewed several builders after a fire that destroyed our home. From the time of original estimate, design and completion of our new home, the team at Teagno Construction Inc. were professional, creative and excellent builders. They were instrumental in working with our insurance company and the assigned adjuster in resolving a fair settlement for our loss. Exceptional partnership -- as it turned into a very long and difficult process due to difficulties with the insurance co. Teagno built our new home, oversaw the installation of a new septic system and major landscaping. All was completed on time, with quality materials and wonderful craftmanship. We cannot more highly recommend Teagno for any size project - large or small. The project manager was stellar, the craftmen were on time and followed-through, and the general manager was really exceptional.Once the frame of the house was up, the Teagno team arrived everyday at 7 am and worked all day. No missing days.... All the subs Teagno had on the project were professional. Since this project was really new construction, we were always offered choices based on price and quality so that we could keep within budgets and allowances. Teagno may not be the least expensive construction company, but you get what you pay for. In the end, we feel we got a beautiful home for a very reasonable price. Plus, perhaps, new friends which can be rarely the case with home construction. If you have a chance to work with Teagno, don't pass it up. You will not be disappointed.

Teagno Construction Inc came out and did a site visit, they were responsive to coming out reasonably quickly and they gave a quote in a reasonable time. They were very high though.

They were incredible. We have used them before when we first moved in to put in an addition on the house, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They are very responsive, they show up when they say they are going to show up. When we called around, everybody talked about them like their long lost brother. They liked them so much and we liked them enough to have them come back and do work for us again. The experience with them was great and everybody was very nice, easy to get along with. They were always very informative and they made sure that we for example, were able to use the sink as long as possible. We are not going to use them again, because the quote that we got for the current work was just so high and we are now using a different builder. But it was about the price, not anything else.

They let us know that the work did not require a professional for the service. They said financially it would not be worth it to get in to replacing the insulation. I was very pleased to get an objective assessment. It was nice that they were not trying to do work that did not need to be done.

We think the work was very well done. We are very pleased with their work. The house was much warmer this winter after theu completed the work and so far, there have not been any problems. We would hire them again in the future.

The team at Teagno was fabulous. Michael, the person who was the estimator understood that we wanted to do much of the work ourselves because a) my husband wanted to make the cabinets and b) we wanted to keep the costs down, so he was incredibly wonderful at thinking through the project with us, almost designing it with us! He clearly wanted things to go right for us, and was INVALUABLE. We had several lovely carpenters (like Ron) who began the process, but our main carpenter Chris was great- responsive (and fun!). Louis, the general manager, was always available - and still is, for many questions we have related to the project. I would not classify Teagno as a low cost company, but we definitely got our money's worth.

They were a very good, professional company. They did the job clean and neat and got it done on time. I will use them again in the future.

My husband and I spoke with one of their employees. They are going to write up an estimate for a kitchen. We haven't really settled on them but they did come out and were prompt about it. They were very responsive. I stopped by their office in Amherst and they called to set up an appointment to see us. They came exactly when they said they would come. They spent a good hour and a half or two hours discussing what we like. They were really very professional about it. We talked about our ideas for the project and they said they would get back to us in about two weeks with an estimate. We don't have the estimate yet but we definitely would consider using them. We haven't had anyone else come in but we will probably look at a few other places before we decide.

I would definitely use them again.

Estimates were very carefully prepared, the qualitly of work was excellent and all workers always were wonderful to work with, doing everything posssible to give us the best end result. We actually enjoyed the process for each project!

They were excellent. They stick with the job until it's right. We did the job long-distance, and they kept us informed. They made sure we knew what kind of decisions we needed to make in advance. They had an excellent project manager.

Don Teagno is excellent. If somebody is looking for a builder in the area, he is a design build general contractor. He is a wonderful man and a really good contractor. We contacted him two or three weeks ago because there was a problem with the heating system he had installed. We have had continuous contact with him since the time he did the project. They actually gave us the swing set. They were working on a different project where the people wanted to get rid of a swing set. I think his price is reasonable. He works on a contract basis and he is very conscientious. If you ask for something that is going to raise the price, he will certainly let you know and make sure that you are very clear about what you are doing. When I was picking people for the job, I interviewed the workmen who work for the different guys. Everyone was glowing about him and how well he paid. He was very good with the people who worked for him, so people didn't do shoddy work. They did try to say that he has a lot of integrity and takes care of his people. He is not at the bottom of the line. He is not top of the line either. We continue to use him because of his quality and his integrity. He is a nice guy with experience. Integrity is his strongest feature. He always looks out for you and he treats people well. He has had a long history in Amherst. He is very experienced. It's important to not look at the bottom of the bill when you are paying for work done. One of the reasons we worked with him is that when we were doing the remodeling, we were living in Texas and there was no way we could come and see the work that was going on. We bought the house in April and moved in August. He really worked with us in terms of doing all the communication by scanning and email. He would come and take all these pictures of the house and send them to us to make sure we had good communication. We will continue to use him in the future.

They are wonderful. They are meticulous and every person who works with them is flexible and is meticulous about their work. They are all very well qualifies and skilled.

They were recommended to us by a friend. I am glad I went with them because they used quality components. We left the sink, vanity, flooring and the tub alone to do at the later date. They worked according to what we were looking to replace and how much we wanted to spend. Nobody else could have provided the high quality product that we were looking for. So I am very happy with TCI. They were excellent. They were very polite. They worked according to our schedule. They were very neat within the house. It was spotless. They put down protection for everything while they were working. We were very pleased.
