Steven was my real estate agent three different times. I purchased and sold my first home and purchased my second home with Steven as my Realtor. He initially set me up to receive emails with properties that met my initial criteria. When I found a home I was interested in, he would arrange to see the home. He was always quite accommodating with scheduling times to meet. He was always honest with me and I could count on him to bring perspective when I sometimes did not. After purchasing my first home, I often called Steven for advice on who to hire for contractors or different services. He always had someone to recommend and I was always satisfied with the services provided by his recommendations. Steven is a great, honest Realtor and I plan on using his services for any home purchase that I make. I once was considering purchasing a home in an area outside of where Steve usually works and he declined to work with me because he felt he would not be the best Realtor for me since he was not familiar with which neighborhoods were better or worse and did not feel comfortable. You know you can trust someone like this.
