Description of Work: They replaced a 16'x16' flat roof with EPDM (rolled rubber roofing). They were quick to do the job and started a few days after the quote. They completed the work in 1.5 days and cleaned up well. They originally quoted us a price of $1,600 which grew to a final price of $3,100 when we chose to use 10' wide roll roofing instead of 36" wide material.
