We gave this contractor a very large deposit in April 2019 and he never showed up to do the work. A month later he finally returned our calls and said he would refund our deposit right away because he couldn't complete the job. He never sent us the refund. After 5 months of trying to reach him, with no response, we had to take legal action. It has been a nightmare.

Service was excellent. Roger explained what and why he was doing every step of the way. He did some extra work, we had not thought about. He did an extra small project not related To the deck work. He installed a storm door. All furniture was put back the way they found it and they did a good job on cleanup. In short GREAT JOB!!

The made everything run smoothly. The work is wonderful and they finished much faster that I thought they would. everything has held up well including the hardware. Personally I think it added immense value to our home.
