+ -1 moreThe water went out unexpectedly. He came to the house within an hour, and returned the next day (Saturday) to make repair and install new pump. Very prompt, friendly. Will always use them. ( I haven't gotten a bill yet.)

+ -1 moreThey are very responsible to a point where he comes out on a Sunday afternoon if there is something wrong with your water or you don't have any. He can't keep doing this, but he has done it for years. They will go in between jobs sometimes if they have to go to another emergency, but overall they are very responsive in getting there and trying to make sure that you have water. His pricing has been very reasonable. He is one of these old timers; he has done his business for so many years and it is a family business.
Description of Work: I used Mountain Springs Pumps and Services as it turned out that I had eroded pipes in my pump; I have a well. They had to replace the pumps, the pressure tanks, and the lines down at the bottom.
