John arrived right on time, was incredibly professional and friendly, performed a very thorough inspection of the property including air and water radon testing and a wood-damaging insects inspection. He was helpful in explaining some of the aspects of the home that he observed along the way. He was also very helpful when follow-up questions were asked after the inspection via an email, text messages, and even a phone call when I had a more detailed question. The inspection report was very detailed and included many color photos to indicate any issues or other useful findings throughout the property. A PDF of the report was emailed to us within 24 hours and the water quality and radon report within a couple days. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Besides the weather being 8 degrees and windy it went well. John was very thorough finding even the smallest imperfections to be improved on. Things that would easily be missed. Not only did he arrive on time, conduct a thorough investigation in a timely manner but he had the results back to us the following day! His 71 page report (he also gives you a summarized report) was well laid out and easy to follow. He utilizes lots of photos to clarify what needs improvement.
