G T ALDRICH WATER Systems

Pretty cut and dry. I woke up to no water coming from the faucet and called a friend that's a plummer who said I should call GT Aldrich as it was probably something with my well. Called Greg came up and diagnosed the problem fixed it with a new pump thing and that was it! All done in like an hour. Phew!!!

Pluses: Very responsive to my call - arrived same morning Diagnosed problem as including water tank in addtion to the pressure switch. Performed the work professionally Estimate was adhered to even though the work took longer than the service provider had anticipated Minuses: Helper was a smoker and smoke smell followed him into the house after he finished Helper was not particularly careful regarding water spills (we are on a slab, so unlike a basement where some water might not be a problem, it meant the water could seep under my wood flooring) We are now hearing noises when the tank fills that were not present prior to the work performed (this has not yet been addressed with the service provider - am looking for a second opinion before I go this route)
