FOUR GUYS AND A BIG TRUCK

In the end, all went well. I changed the timing of the job in the last minute and that was accommodated, so I was very pleased with that. During the job there was some hesitation by one of the movers when the job was bigger than anticipated, or at least what he had been told by his dispatcher. They resolved the problem by sending over another guy who took over. The truck was loaded reasonably well and there was no damage to any of my belongings.

These 2 guys were great and extremely strong! They took great care with my furniture. When something wouldn;t fit out a door like my dining room table they took it apart and put it back together for me. I would use them again in. Great price and they work very hard and get the job done fast. Also, very pleasant.

Carried up refrgerator, microwave, lots of heavy boxes of books. Stayed and waited as we unpacked to take materials out. Great guys.

They showed up on time and were very quick and efficient during the move.

My first few experiences with this company were GREAT! They arrived right on time, were friendly and polite, and moved all my belongs safely with incredible speed and efficiency. Last time, the 2 guys they sent were slow and seemed to take much longer than usual. When I reviewed the invoice for that move, I saw that I was charged for an hour of travel time to get to the job. Well, their office is less than a 10 minute drive from my home. I called to complain and they adjusted the bill, but it left me wondering whether these guys are completely ethical. For my next move, I used a different company.
