Excellent very professional

Work took longer than expected due to equipment issues. Communication could have been better. However, the job was finished and I am satisfied. The trees removed were very large I was impressed with the expertise of the crew.

They came earlier than planned and did a great job. I had 3 large pine trees removed and they were efficient and clean up was better than others I have had. will definitely hire again this fall for more tree removal.

They were prompt, fast and extremely courteous. I have nio idea how they got rid of all that stuff so quickly.

They arrived on time, were polite, and very efficient. When they first arrived, I asked them to confirm the price range of the service. I was told they couldn't do that until all of the "junk" was in the trailer. Once, it was, I asked again and was told it would be $350 more than the top of the price range Ben had quoted me on the phone and yet, there was less "junk"in the trailer than what I had described to Ben because more had been given away/sold than I had expected. They eventually came down in price to the top of the range Ben had quoted me. Not good business practice. Get a written estimate.

Great customer service from Ben to the team that showed up. Showed up as scheduled, very friendly, efficient and easy to work with....Just basically pointed to what we needed to be removed and it was taken care of!

The young men that came to take the junk were polite, helpful and thorough! The job entailed a little more work than I initially anticipated, but the quote stayed the same. I was really grateful and impressed by them.

My experience with Duke's was kind, efficient, and gracious from my first telephone call to the final haul-away. My first contact was with Ben the owner and then with Travis and Jay who were my haulaway crew. The price quoted and upheld was more than reasonable. They have been a bright point in my move and I recommend them with highest amount of possible stars: if any less than 5 stars for everything show that is a glitch!
