Rock did the Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection for my home that I purchased in late fall of 2015. He did not find any evidence of carpenter ants but they started emerging in our bathroom early spring. In his defense, we did not see any ants until then either. I called Rocky for advice and he said that since he didn't find them before he felt responsible and said he'd take care of them for free. He was under no obligation to do this but did it out of professionalism. He put out bait the first two visits with some success but they did not cease entirely. On the third visit, he found the nest in our ceiling and applied product directly. The ants in the bathroom are gone. All for free.

My husband and I worked with Rocky for the pest inspection for our new house. He showed up on time, did a thorough inspection, and provided us with a complete report.
