Bob offered sage advice, suggested that my dehumidifier could not be repaired for the long term, and took time to consider my options. He charged me nothing. I will use his services again!

Bob was available on the weekend when our refrigerator wasn’t cooling. He walked us through a fix that worked and even made a follow up call. We definitely recommend B and B for appliance repair.

I had a houseful of company when my refrigerator stopped being cold. My phone call was returned within 15 minutes, he came right away. Within an hour he was gone and my refrigerator was working well. I really appreciated the promptness of his action.

I've been calling Bob to repair my washer and dryer over the past year and a half. He's worked on my washer and dryer in my apartment and I just called him today to take a look at our washer in the house we just purchased. Bob is fantastic! Professional and always quick to respond. He charges a flat fee to come out regardless of what he does, but he is ALWAYS fair about it and tries to give a break where he can. He is very knowledgeable. We always appreciate his help and advice! I recommend him to anyone looking for a good appliance repairman. Thanks Bob!

Bob called back within 15 minutes of my call. I could not believe it when he said he'd be over in 1/2 hour! We had a leaky washing machine & he fixed it expertly & with great humor. He is one-of-a-kind. He has been in this business for over 30 years and has a tremendous knowledge of how appliances work. I would recommend him highly!

He was here within 24 hours of my call. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his van. all was done in about 30 minutes of work time. The price seemed a little steep for what was done but overall it was OK.

He is incredibly respectful and professional and I've had him fix things in the past and he's always been really helpful. He seems to really understand the hapits and quirks of household appliances. I call him with a problem, he comes over usually within 24 hours. He assesses the problem and gives me options. He sends a bill and politely reminds me to pay it if i forget. Which I don't like to because it is so nice to have someone come over right away when you need a repair. He does charge a service call whether or not he can fix it, of course, but if you think your appliance just needs a repair, he's the one to call.
