Reliable Resource Electrical Installations

Mark has really been a reliable and personable electrician throughout many of the projects that had to be tackled since I bought my fixer-upper in 2004. He brought everything up to code as he worked. For example, when I was whipsawn upon discovering that my entire house had been grounded to the cable TV wire (before I bought it) he was here in a jiffy with his apprentice to install a ground rod... in zero degree weather! The only reason I didn't give his company an A in quality is the sometimes mismatched switches and occasionally misaligned switchplates... if given a choice, I'd have paid a little extra to have the work put in to make everything matched and perfect, but I trust him so implicitly in my home that I've often left him in the house to just take care of everything while I was at work. Those few things aside, I'm always thrilled when I see what's gone on... I read the one other review of his company, and 'yup', it sounded like my pal Mark's personality to a tee. He's a character, but it's worth a little persistence, I think, to get him working in your home. He's a straight shooter, with an invoicing system that makes it so he can't--- won't--- add weird charges and stuff to your bill. It's pretty cool, as is Mark.

Almost laughable! I received his flyer in the mail and figured I'ld give him a call for an estimate on installing a standby generator. This is no-kiddinghow the conversation went. He answers: "Yup"...is this Reliable Resource Electricians...."Yup"...sir, my name is ___ and I was wondering if I could ask you a couple quick questions..."no"...excuse me?...."naa"...so you don't have any time for a question?..."ya"...okay, have a good afternoon. I wish I was making this up. Apparently he has enough work that he is no longer receptive to new business.
