+ 0 moreOverall the project did not go well. The patio work was acceptable the the driveway paving was a disaster. After less than 6 months the surface is failing and will need to be completely redone. In some places the asphalt is less than 1" thick.

+ -1 moreIn spite of promises on the phone, he never showed up. I never heard from him again. Now it's July, and my yard is totally overgrown. It's a nightmare and not easy to find someone to tackle the mess at this point. Very disappointed. I would've hired someone else long ago if I had known this would happen.
Description of Work: He had scheduled my property for a spring clean-up, to remove fallen leaves from last fall, trim bushes, edge beds, put down mulch, all the usual, basic things folks do in the spring to get their yards in shape - nothing unusual. We talked about many other hardscaping projects, but he said to wait until we get the property cleaned up first, then we'd talk about future projects. He told me he was pretty busy, but that he'd get my property done the first, or - at the latest - the 2nd week of June.
