+ -1 moreTwo men came right on time, protected my carpets with tarps, and were very professional, polite, and extremely hard working. They explained what they did and how to register for the warranty. It was a very smooth operation and they did a great clean-up job. They checked all the vents to make sure the system was working. I assume all will be well when I start using the new AC. Very good experience.
Description of Work: replaced my central air conditioning unit, condenser and thermostat. They did this all in one day.

+ -1 moreMaybe I was lucky, but they came by the same afternoon (I had called probably right before noon, when it got really hot.) They were fast but not rushed. They were friendly and comfortable. They were both 100% professional, and they zeroed in on the problems & made their spot-on diagnosis lightning fast. The price was as expected. I was really happy to find these guys, which I did just by driving by one of their vans once. I had previously tried three other HVAC/plumbing type of services in this area before and was so disappointed. I wish I could call J. Kearney for all my household service issues.
Description of Work: Complete central A/C unit repair and maintenance. One of those things where it's the hottest day of the year, you turn on the A/C and hear a big THUNK from outside. They had to perform an assessment on the outdoor unit, the upstairs fan & ductwork, go pick up a part, come back, do the repairs, make my house cool for the whole next year. Then they sent me a note late this spring reminding me to maintain it.
