Clean Xpectations

I like that they came in with a team and they went in and out of my house within an hour or an hour and a half. My day wasn't tied up with them. I think they are reasonably priced. They are very pleasant. I also like that they were insured.

They're fabulous. They do great work and they're in and out. They come in as a team. They do a great job.

They were prompt. They were good but we decided to do it ourselves. It was $160 each visit.

First, she called at 9:30a on the day of our appt and said she had a cancellation and was on her way and hour and a half early. My toddler and I were still in our pajamas - but I didn't feel I really had a choice, so I let them come anyway. I returned home at noon. Here is the verbatim text I sent her after I inspected my home and was wildly disappointed. and quot; Jennifer - I just home and inspected your work, and I'm very disappointed. Nearly every single window sill is dusty, the fireplace mantle is dirty (with one streak where someone swiped around the vase and pictures), stairs are dirty (Im guessing you just vacuumed and didn't follow up with mopping), almost every single floor vent is dirty, mudroom bench is still dusty, dirty paper towels left on the master bedroom dresser, the two ceiling fans were ignored, under and top of the fridge are dirty, dust bunnies and dog food on the kitchen floor in the corner. And that's just what I noticed in five minutes. I keep my house pretty clean - so I expected a deeper clean from a crew of four coming in.and quot; Her reply was to argue with me via text and say and quot; You didn't want a deep clean,and quot; and and quot; We'll just have to agree to disagreeand quot; about the poor job they did. I did not realize dusting and cleaning visible surfaces was and quot; deep cleaning.and quot; That is just absurd. They vacuumed my hardwood floors, but didn't mop! Seriously?! She made no offer as of yet to remedy the situation. I will update if she does. I unfortunately was too trusting and gave her a check when they arrived, before the job was done. SInce I consider this job incomplete I put a stop-payment on the check while the claim is being investigated. If she makes good on properly cleaning my home, I will of course pay for it. I have photo proof of the poor work below. Interesting that the providers reply is to say call me and quot;ridiculousand quot; and that mt pictures have no truth. Take her word, or my proof. Hire Merry Maids instead of this charlatan.

Horrible! To date home owner has not heard from Jen or recvd itemized bill.

I think they are fabulous. They did everything. They were professional and pleasant. They came in and were fast. They were trustworthy. They have insurance and everything so I just got out of their way and they let them work. The people who came in to do the work were professional and courteous.

Bibbity Boppity Boo! These guys do what I can't seem to get done ever in record time, there have been occasions that I have been at home when they come and they are in and out in no time and have transformed my house from cat-fur covered, un-vacuumed, mayhem to a Better Homes and Garden magazine. Jennifer has always been able to work our needs into the schedule as we often move our monthly cleaning based on when we'll be having guests. We'll continue to work wit Clean Xpectations until I develop my own magical skills...

We signed a contract with Clean Xpectations, but we weren't happy with what they did the first time they came out. We might not go back with them because they're too expensive for the quality of work we got. Their vacuums did not work well and when I moved some of the things in my kitchen I found dirt underneath. I was not happy for $165 and we used to have a cleaning lady for $70 that did an immaculate job in the same amount of time. I just can't understand what happened. There were things that they did really well, but they also did things that I was really disappointed in for $165. She was very responsive and we had arranged a time for her to come, but I was out do errands and received three messages saying that she was out at my house waiting for me even though we had agreed on another time and I don't think that was very professional.

Jen was prompt and professional when giving me a quote and the house looks great. I will continue to use them each month, what a load off my mind. Thanks JEN!!!

Exceptional

I was uneasy.

I sent out an e-mail proposal with a major timeline requirement. I heard from CE within 24hrs to set up an appointment for an estimate. CE showed up 5 minutes early - walked through the house - provided me a written estimate. Two other companies were contacted; one wanted to give a verbal estimate over the phone the other arrived 45 minutes after the time agreed on and would not provide a written estimate. Called CE to say they had the project - CE responded within 12 hrs - a date was agreed to for cleaning. They arrived on 2 October and cleaned the 900 sq ft house. It looked like a new house and ready for the interior painters to come in. It wasn't until started to move things for the painters realized that some areas hadn't come to the attention of CE. My lesson learned- need to better at defining my expectations.

The approximate cost is for bi-weekly cleaning.

Overall, we’ve been very happy with them. They’ve been very good with being able to switch appointments when we need to. They do good work and they’re relatively fast.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. FLOORS WERE B ETTER THAN EXPEDTED, WINDOWS (PLEASED) AND HOUSE WAS CLEANED.EVEN WIPE MY CABINETS DOWN. I HAVE THEM RETURNING EVERY (2) WEEKS FOR GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING.

I am quite pleased with their services. It is nice to welcome a group of young professionals in their own business into my home. They are trustworthy and they do a good job!

The owner JT and her team have been cleaning my house every other week for about a year. The team does a wonderful job, which is a huge task with 3 cats and 1 big dog and all the fur that comes with them. The floors are always washed and vacuumed, all surfaces dusted, and the bathrooms and kitchen sparkle after their visit. JT is great to work with because, calls are always promptly returned, frequent check ins as to quality of service because JT strives for perfection. In addition, JT brings all the cleaning supplies as well as her own vacuum. I highly recommend Clean Xpectations - great cleaning at a modest price.

they promptly set up an estimate with us,answered the phone and had given us a complete proposal ,refferals,insurance cert. etc.,and i was still waiting for a return call from others for a week!they still work for us weekly and have for over 2 years,they always show up,the same 3 people are here every week,building a trusting relationship.very pleasent to deal with,they use proffesional equipment,supply all materials,and are very dedicated and so far every service/cleaning is like the first.
