 + -1 moreHe called me back sooner than promised and told me he thought he could fix it. He stayed in touch through the process and let me know every step of the way what was happening. He called me two days later and they had gotten the damaged information from the drive! Then they sent me one of their hard drives and all of the information was complete! I got quotes of $2500.00 + and they did the work they said they would do on time and exactly what they said they would do at a very competitive price. Amazing in these times to get a promise and be well taken care of. I would and will tell everyone I know about how well I was treated and how great of a job Data Recovery New England has done! Thank you and now I know what it is like to be treated like an important customer.
Description of Work: I had to take the time to give a testimonial for Data Recovery New England. After an external hard drive our company uses for files, pictures and videos stopped functioning I called Alex at Data Recovery New England. He told me to send the damaged hard drive to him and he would see what he could do.
