+ -1 moreBy 4/27, I had not heard from the contractor. That morning I left a message on the company's voicemail, and the contractor called me back saying that he would have a quote for me by the end of the day. I never heard from him again. I called the company's number one final time on May 4 and did not receive a response.
Description of Work: Cambridge General Welding sent two representatives to my home on 4/15/2009 to look at the job. The job was to design a stainless steel shroud to enclose and muffle a PVC plumbing chase in my kitchen. The lead person told me that he would get back to me the following week.

+ -1 moreAl started the work in a couple of days. He laid paper on floors so that they were protected and put a tarp on the ground to collect paint and scrapped rust. The job was done quickly, the staff was polite, and the work excellent.
Description of Work: Al made repairs to our four floor fire escape including new floors, reconnecting railings, and painting. He had someone else repoint the cement that holds the fire escape in the wall. A fire escape certification was included.
