Unbelievable Service!
Description of Work: Cannot say enough about this mover...they were fantastic to say the least. worked all day in the snow and still came in under budget. If all contractors were like Boston Quality Movers, we wouldn't need Angie's List.

They arrived to NY 5 hours late! Not only that but my husband and I had to help them to unload their truck because they were very slow. They also broke a bookshelf that had been unpacked incorrectly. Because we complained on the spot, one of the movers offered us a $300 discount for the bad service but they charged us the total amount of the bill. The customer service department were not at all helpful solving the issue: they said that the movers did not have the capacity to offer discounts so we were stuck with a horrible service, a mover that lied to us, a broken bookshelf and having paid the full price.
Description of Work: We hired the company to package our all furniture, take it from Boston to NY and unpack it.

Hello I understand and I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Boston Quality Movers, however Boston Quality Movers has ben under a new management since 2010 and we have come a long way from what it was. Not to say that we do not make mistakes, but we work very hard to provide every customer with the best service possibly we can, the moving industry is a very challenging industry and we would be lying if we say that we satisfy every customer 100% but we sure try, regardless the size of the move. If we are all realistic we would know that not every move is the same and that some of us just ask for more than we were promised for the price. again what is important is to try to improve every day and mistakes are going to happen we just have to do our best to solve them as soon as possible.
