I highly recommend AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning services. First, they are incredibly responsive and friendly with their communication. I broke my ankle years ago and they were incredibly flexible when I had to keep adjusting my cleaning schedule as a result of my injury. In addition, their cleaning services are impeccable. I thought I was decent at cleaning my apartment, but somehow my apartment was spotless after they were finished. And their products are environmentally friendly! I move a year and a half ago, which is the only reason I’m not still using their services. I can’t wait until they can expand to East Boston!

Loved that they arrived the day and time windows when said they would; if we needed to change a date they were as accommodating as possible, and very much loved that they use environmentally safe cleaning.

I recently moved to a neighborhood in Boston that AA does not service, which as a long-time, highly satisfied customer makes me very sad. So I figured it was time to finally post a review. After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other. They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!

AAESC is great. We hired them to do cleanings once every 4 weeks at our apartment, and they consistently did a wonderful job. The quality of the cleaning was very good and their 3 person crew was quick and efficient. We have had our home cleaned by AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning every other week. The cleaning team has been very stable; they know our home and the particular way we want some things done. Our home sparkles after every visit; the team has maintained a very high standard despite the repetitious nature of the job. The office is very easy to deal with and responds quickly to a phone call or email. The price is very reasonable and has been stable for a long time. When we hired the company, I did not feel that the emphasis on environmentally safe cleaning agents was too important to us, but with experience, I have certainly changed my mind about that. We no longer have bottle after bottle of cleaners stashed under the kitchen sink. In short, we are very satisfied with the company.

This is a very good service. I had a difficult shoulder injury and needed help with routine housecleaning to help stem the tide of chaos from my husband and three older teenage sons. This was new to me, so we had an initial interview to review expectations. They started soon after and did a great job. There was an initial "deep" clean (a one-time required service at higher cost, but wow, nicely done), followed by routine biweekly cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, 3 bedrooms, kitchen/1.5 baths). I come home to a visibly clean home with no chemical smells. We live in Waban in a modestly size house; they do the first floor which meets our needs. I've been home from work a few times and the team is professional with consistent results. We started 1.5 years ago- the shoulder is long since healed and no way am I giving up this service.

AA Enviromentally Safe cleaners were wonderful. They are courteous, show up when they say they will and do a beautiful job. We always felt safe having them in our home and around our pets. Had we not moved to Connecticut, we would have had them clean forever!

The products they use are safe for the environment and am impressed with just how clean everything was once they were done.
