AA is great! We have been working with the company for 11 years. They have always been reliable, efficient, and the quality of the work is excellent and consistent. We really appreciate the thoughtful approach to environmental impact of cleaning materials and methods too.

AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning has been our cleaners for over a decade. They are absolutely fantastic - we'd never consider anyone else. Always prompt, friendly, and professional, with the house looking great when they are finished.

I have been using AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for 9 years now (since Nov. of 2012), and have been very happy with their service. They are reliable, thorough, and considerate. Even as things changed with the pandemic causing us to work from home more, we've been able to work around their visits as they give clear estimates of when they will be coming to the house. And by using a crew of 3 people, they are usually in and out (of our house at least) in under an hour. I would highly recommend them.

We have worked with this company for over a decade. They do a great job, are wonderful people, and are highly responsive and responsible. The cost is more than appropriate, and we are very happy with their teams. We always recommend them to our friends as well. I am not including pricing because it depends on the size of the house, but for sure is a very reasonable rate. We also appreciate that they use environmentally conscious cleaning products and are COVID-safe in their practices.

AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning were an amazing cleaning service that cleaned our 1-bedroom apartment every other week for 5 1/2 years. They were super punctual at our cleaning time-slot and we would always get an email the day before with a more accurate arrival window. The cleaning itself was very efficiently done and done very well. The crew would split up to do their various tasks while my spouse and I would stay out of their way in the bedroom. When they needed to clean the bedroom, we would move to an already cleaned area. It took around an hour (usually a little less) to clean the entire apartment and it looked great. In particular our floors always looked amazing and we wouldn't want to let our pet out to ruin how nice it looked! A few times we would have to cancel, or ask for cleanings to be moved and they were always accommodating as well. Everyone involved at the company from the cleaning crew to the people communicating through email was professional, nice, and there were never any problems or issues. I couldn't have asked for a better cleaning company, and even though I don't know the typical rate for a cleaning at other companies, I was always surprised at how cheap it seemed compared to what we got. If I hadn't had moved out of the area, I would absolutely still be using them. The more thorough "final cleaning" on move-out was also absolutely perfect and did not cause any issues with the landlord either. I can't reiterate enough how great everything was.

AAESC has cleaned my house for two years now and they've been wonderful to work with. The office staff are super responsive and very kind, answering any questions I have quickly and thoughtfully. The cleaning team always does a great job, and it's nice knowing they're not using heavily fragranced/ toxic chemicals as they clean.

The crew infallibly leaves the house impeccable. They arrive reliably on time, work fast and are very nice and courteous to deal with. Because of Covid, they now use masks and gloves, following Health authorities' recommendations and we vacate the apartment for the duration of the cleaning. I have been using the AAESC for several years now and have had absolutely no complaint. It is a wonderful company.

We have worked with AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for 4+ years for monthly cleaning of our condo in South Boston. The team was always prompt and thorough, and accommodating of our change in schedule (especially during the difficulty of COVID and working from home). We wish we could continue service following our move to the suburbs, but we are sadly out of range. We would recommend to anyone!

AA Clean has been coming to our place for years now. They are the best. Their products are environmentally friendly and they do the best job possible. They leave the place spotless with nothing left undone. They are on time and pleasant - easy to get along with - responsive, thorough, and professional. They are the best.

Very well. Cleaners are careful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They bring their own cleaning supplies, even lugging in their vacuum cleaner on snowy winter days. Usually three arrived together, and they generally finished in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The managers are well organized, responsive, helpful when schedules need to be adapted for different circumstances. AAESC cleaned for us for 7 1/2 years, without one problem of any kind.

We have been using AA environmentally Safe Cleaning services for the past nine years. What initially attracted us to this particular vendor was the promise of using cleaning agents that did not smell (either chemical smell or artificially perfumed as "fresh") as our family members have allergies and sensitivities to chemicals. Elizabeth, the company owner has visited our house and spend about an hour explaining the cleaning process, what would be done and how to best prepare the house to get the most of the cleaning. She also was very receptive to our concerns and requests about cleaners that would be used. We had a test cleaning done which was very thorough and we had stayed with the company ever since. We had hit some drop in quality of services once or twice but when I documented the problems with pictures and talked to the owner these problems were addressed promptly and quality improved. We also lost a couple of nick-knacks which I guess is unavoidable over the many years of service and the team was always very apologetic about it. We had developed a good relationship over the years. Our rate has been locked since we started and has not been increased which is great. Overall we highly recommend AA Safe Cleaning!
