AA ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE CLEANING

The crew infallibly leaves the house impeccable. They arrive reliably on time, work fast and are very nice and courteous to deal with. Because of Covid, they now use masks and gloves, following Health authorities' recommendations and we vacate the apartment for the duration of the cleaning. I have been using the AAESC for several years now and have had absolutely no complaint. It is a wonderful company.

We have worked with AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning for 4+ years for monthly cleaning of our condo in South Boston. The team was always prompt and thorough, and accommodating of our change in schedule (especially during the difficulty of COVID and working from home). We wish we could continue service following our move to the suburbs, but we are sadly out of range. We would recommend to anyone!

AA Clean has been coming to our place for years now. They are the best. Their products are environmentally friendly and they do the best job possible. They leave the place spotless with nothing left undone. They are on time and pleasant - easy to get along with - responsive, thorough, and professional. They are the best.

Very well. Cleaners are careful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They bring their own cleaning supplies, even lugging in their vacuum cleaner on snowy winter days. Usually three arrived together, and they generally finished in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The managers are well organized, responsive, helpful when schedules need to be adapted for different circumstances. AAESC cleaned for us for 7 1/2 years, without one problem of any kind.

We have been using AA environmentally Safe Cleaning services for the past nine years. What initially attracted us to this particular vendor was the promise of using cleaning agents that did not smell (either chemical smell or artificially perfumed as "fresh") as our family members have allergies and sensitivities to chemicals. Elizabeth, the company owner has visited our house and spend about an hour explaining the cleaning process, what would be done and how to best prepare the house to get the most of the cleaning. She also was very receptive to our concerns and requests about cleaners that would be used. We had a test cleaning done which was very thorough and we had stayed with the company ever since. We had hit some drop in quality of services once or twice but when I documented the problems with pictures and talked to the owner these problems were addressed promptly and quality improved. We also lost a couple of nick-knacks which I guess is unavoidable over the many years of service and the team was always very apologetic about it. We had developed a good relationship over the years. Our rate has been locked since we started and has not been increased which is great. Overall we highly recommend AA Safe Cleaning!

We make a ton of noise, dust, and smells in process of making the prosthetic limbs for our clients. AAA has been our cleaner from day one. They have always been flexible to our needs and they keep my office gleaming. I feel a clean office puts our patients at ease that we are a buttoned up organization. AAA helps us put our best face forward. I couldn't recommend them more!

I highly recommend AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning services. First, they are incredibly responsive and friendly with their communication. I broke my ankle years ago and they were incredibly flexible when I had to keep adjusting my cleaning schedule as a result of my injury. In addition, their cleaning services are impeccable. I thought I was decent at cleaning my apartment, but somehow my apartment was spotless after they were finished. And their products are environmentally friendly! I move a year and a half ago, which is the only reason I’m not still using their services. I can’t wait until they can expand to East Boston!

Professional , friendly and thorough

I recently moved to a neighborhood in Boston that AA does not service, which as a long-time, highly satisfied customer makes me very sad. So I figured it was time to finally post a review. After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other. They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!

I have been using AAESC for almost 2 years now and have nothing but positive things to say. They are professional, have always done a wonderful job and the customer service is excellent. They also use green products which is a plus as well.

I was so happy to find a cleaner who used environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. The team has always been efficient and thorough in their cleaning and receptive to feedback when any (very minor) issues or questions arose. They are flexible about changing the date of cleaning to accommodate our schedules. I have recommended them to countless friends and would do so again.

AAESC is great. We hired them to do cleanings once every 4 weeks at our apartment, and they consistently did a wonderful job. The quality of the cleaning was very good and their 3 person crew was quick and efficient. They were extremely responsive and professional in communicating with us and making adjustments to the schedule if needed. We are sad their services will not be available where we are moving!
