AA ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE CLEANING

At the beginning, they were great. My house was clean, and everything was in order. Then the quality of the cleaning began to go down. Later, they left the gas on! The next time, they left my door unlocked! Jeff tried to be responsive to my concerns, but the next cleaning after I called was just horrible. I'm no longer using them.

We left for work in the morning and when we got home, we walked into a new house.

Very professional gentleman came to give an estimate. Followed a checklist to determine the price, $250 for the initial deep cleaning, and 145 per month thereafter. I was favorably impressed with this company. I ended up choosing a different cleaning company, however, mostly because their scheduling did not seem flexible enough for me. I work fulltime and need to have cleaning appointments be at a precise time (e.g., later afternoon when I come home from work). They prefer to have a window of time during which the cleaning team can show up (e.g. between noon and 4pm). Also, some things that they considered "extra`s" (e.g., cleaning inside refrigerator).

The crew is fabulous. I will be moving out of state in the next few weeks and I can only hope that I can find a service anywhere close to the quality of their work after I complete my move. They are exceptional in their cleaning and awesome in their willingness to adjust to my schedule. They are being very accommodating in terms of increasing the frequency of cleaning in preparation for the sale of my home.

Everyone I've interacted with at AA has been very nice and my house has never looked better. And I think their pricing policy is very reasonable. (initial visit: $195; weekly cleaning $75)

Jeff was prompt and professional during the consultation, very willing to discuss details and the cleaning products they use. (Very important to us since we have small pets.) The cleaning service was -excellent. I came home to a house that smelled fresh and looked spotless. The team did more than we expected. We're excited to be able to hire them for regular cleaning.

Came on a regular basis. They did the bathroom and kitchen on opposite week. I used them for 2 years.

The cleaners arrived promptly, and the service was extremely thorough. They were able to get areas I thought I had kept fairly clean, even cleaner. They were also thoughtful and polite.

I highly recommend this company! They cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. Nothing was left untouched. The place sparkled when they finished, and I will tell you it needed a lot of work. They were on time, and pretty responsive through email and phone when we set up the appointment. The crew was friendly and worked for a long afternoon on a hot day, and left me with a lovely apartment to move into.

Jeff returned my call promptly and came by within a day or two to give me an estimate. I liked him a lot, but decided his company was not what I was looking for. I prefer to have the same person clean my house each week, but that is not possible with this company, which sends crews of 2 to 5 people each time. As Jeff said, workers do leave the company, so though they will have the same people for a while, there is inevitably some turnover. I must say, I really like the fact that Jeff uses email with his customers, so that even though the crew may not be English-speaking, any requests can be clearly communicated via email to Jeff and then by him to the crew. Still, they were not quite what I was looking for. Plus, I thought the estimate was a bit high - $280 for the initial cleaning of my 1800 square foot house, plus $95/week, or $80 each time if twice a week. I ended up hiring an individual cleaner who was more reasonably priced.

Excellent job!! Jeff Hernandez was very professional and always very prompt in his replies to my questions and scheduling needs. Jeff's cleaning crew made my house absolutely sparkle! The cleaning crew arrived on time, they were polite, very thorough and hard working. I am extremely pleased and I will use their services again when the need arises.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! They were able to clean a stove range that previous cleaners as well as the previous owner had never been able to clean. They did a remarkable initial cleaning and continue to do great. I must disagree with another report about their prices being too high. I think they are extremely reasonable for the quality you get. I have had several other cleaners who cost both less and more and never received better service.

Jeff, the owner, was very professional. The team that did my initial cleaning left my home spotless. Since then, the regular team has been doing a great job. There were a couple of incidents with over enthusiastic cleaning of some spots on our hardwood floors and some missed dusting of a chair rail, but overall the experience has been very positive.

Jeff responded to my initial request promptly. He discussed what his company does and quoted me a price. I included the stove and refrigerator ($10 each extra) and got the Angie's List discount. My first reaction was that the price was high especially when he said its basically dusting and vacuuming. Jeff was able to accommodate my time frame, and the work was done while I was away. When I came home I was very surprised to find the living room shades unclean - I guess I had a misunderstanding with Jeff - I took them down to be cleaned, and he must have thought I said don't clean them. Overall, the house was clean. It was the first time for me so I didn't know what to expect.

We have a toddler who still naps during the day and we work strange hours, but Jeff has been very flexible in scheduling the cleanings. He is easy to reach by e-mail and even accepts online credit card payments through PayPal.

Jeff was unbeatable in terms of communication--he emailed me quickly whenever I had a question. They were responsive, thorough, accurate in their estimate and the house looked amazing after they were through here. We could not have asked for anything more. They did an outstanding job and we would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was very prompt in returning call. Came to see house to give estimate for initial clean. Offered options on how frequently it might need to be done. All cleaning done well. When an item inadvertently broken, left note with offer to pay for replacement, which I refused as more my fault for its precarious location. Feel safe leaving them in house unattended.

Jeff Hernandez has been a pleasure to deal with from the start. He is extremely responsive via e-mail and was willing to negotiate slightly on price.

Job 1: One bathtub had a stain we'd been unable to remove in a yr of cleaning. I think it was from adhesive on a contractors' boot (mixed with all the other stuff you that might have been on the boot). Rosanna made it disappear! New tiles had a layer of grout that'd turned into a thin, white mud. They had to clean three times with an abrasive pad. When they were done the tile sparkled. I can't recommend AA too highly. As with any contractor, it's wise to give the work a look-over at the end of the day to see if you find something they missed. There may be a little, but not a lot. They always go back for the last bits. Job 2: They got all the areas they hadn't before. At the end of the day, one of them noticed there was light dust that was deposited by their vacuum on some 8-ft high ledges. Rosanna asked if I wanted them to go over it again. I said no, it looked clean to me. She asked if I was planning more construction, and when I said no, she insisted they clean up the dust.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the company. They are polite, responsive, and do an amazing job. The cleaning is very thorough, and they are careful in their work. We have had a couple different cleaners, and they are by far the best.

EXCELLENT! I contacted a couple of people, and Jeff responded right away - we made an appt for him to come out and give an estimate - came the next night. The estimate was beyond reasonable! Very responsive, and professional. I would highly recommend Jeff and his company to anyone looking for housecleaning services.

JEFF AND HIS CREW ARRIVED 20 MINUTES EARLY AND WERE READY TO GO TO WORK. THEY WERE QUIET AND WORKED STEADILY THROUGH THE DAY TO CLEAN VERY THOROUGHLY. JEFF WAS RESPONSIVE TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY, AND EVEN CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES WHEN WE WERE LATE IN RETURNING HIS CALL DUE TO AN ILLNESS IN OUR FAMILY. YOU CAN TRUST HIS WORD: HE IS ORGANIZED, COMPUTERIZED, AND DEPENDABLE. HE IS HONEST. HE ALLOWED US TO USE THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON AND WAS ABLE TO LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT HIS ESTIMATE FOR A BI-MONTHLY CLEANING HAD CHANGED A BIT AFTER CLEANING THE HOUSE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HIM, THE CREW, AND THE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS AND HAVE HIRED THEM ON A STEADY BASIS.

THEY WERE PROMPT, POLITE, PLEASANT AND STAYED EXTRA HOURS TO DO MORE THAN THE ITEMIZED ESTIMATE HAD INCLUDED, FOR THE SAME PRICE. THE PRICE IS HIGHER THAN I'VE PAID BEFORE, BUT WORTH IT IN EVERY WAY. THEY CAME AN HOUR EARLY THE 2ND TIME, BUT WERE SQUEEZING ME INTO AN ALREADY FULL SCHEDULE SO I CAN HARDLY COMPLAIN!

JEFF CAME WHEN HE SAID - OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE - HIS PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER TWO PEOPLE THAT I CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE BUT THAT MIGHT BE BECAUSE OF THE FACT HE SAW SOME POTENTIAL PROBLEMS ---

BOTH REPRESENTATIVES THAT WE DEALT WITH WERE FRIENDLY, HONEST, AND PUNCTUAL. WE WOULD HAVE HIRED THEM EXCEPT FOR THE PRICE, WHICH WAS $225 FOR THE INITIAL CLEANING, AND $110 EVERY OTHER WEEK. WE HAD BEEN PAYING OUR PREVIOUS SERVICE $80 PER CLEANING.
