AA ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE CLEANING

So far our experience with AAECS has been great! The only two minor gripes are that they are a bit erratic with their arrival time (not a big problem in general but they come during a window of time rather than at an appointed hour) and there is no phone number to call for last minute issues – the only contact is via email. Of course, email communication means there is always a record which is good and there is usually a prompt reply. In any case, the crew is always friendly and efficient and we have had zero issues with anything being broken or anything like that – and our apartment is filled with knickknacks. I would definitely recommend.

Great! AA are very responsive over email and phone, and let you know the dates far in advance so you can plan out your schedule. It's usually no problem to have them come at specific times on the cleaning days too.

I was well impressed by their punctuality, their mindfulness for the environment and their cleaners did the thorough job I was looking for. The bathtub was stained by a dripping faucet and to my surprise the cleaners removed the stains.

This is a very good company. The office is professional and the cleaning team is courteous and provides consistent quality. I needed housekeeping help due to an injury and had no experience with hiring or what to expect. We had an initial meeting to define expectations and they started the following week. That was 1.5 years ago- my injury is long since healed and I expect to keep their services for a long while. I am not a fastidious housekeeper, juggling husband, family and career, so it is a real pleasure to come home to a clean house. It frees up time for me and my family which is well worth the money.

An excellent service that has exceeded my expectations. I hadn't had a cleaning service before so was careful in my screening. I needed reliability at an affordable price and this company delivers. I developed health issues in early Nov 2016 and hired AA Environ service at end of Nov after an interview. The first deep cleaning was superb- I couldn't believe their detail. The biweekly cleaning replicates this with an eye to what needs to be done even without my asking for it specifically. Yesterday's team wiped down my refrigerator shelves! I have a professional career, live with all men (husband, 3 sons) and keeping the house clean was largely a wish and a promise. No more and very much worth the cost. The deep clean for our house was $240 (team of 4). The cost of biweekly cleaning is $95 which is very reasonable for our area and house size. My health is improving, but I'm not telling my husband. I like this company.

The cleaning service is excellent. All areas are cleaned in an exceptional manner.

AA has been fantastic. The team has always been punctual and incredibly professional; best of all, Elizabeth is incredibly responsive, which has been especially valuable to me as we've had a lot of back and forth on a number of issues (not having to do with AA but questions on my end). I've called on Elizabeth to assist with matters far beyond the scope of her duties, but she has been amazing and has gone above and beyond to help. The cleanings themselves have been great, and overall I feel strongly that AA is a company I can put my trust in.

The ladies were on time, focused and efficient. This was my first experience with the company, and I was very satisfied. I will now be using them once a month.

Excellent thorough cleaning. After the deep cleaning, the allergic reactions were eliminated. It's amazing after one deep cleaning that such a difference was experienced. They were great to work with to set up a new account. Great communication, willing to work with our schedule, and did exactly what we expected. And quick to respond.

They were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and worked hard to fit me into their schedule so my house would be welcoming for expected company. They came even a bit early, got right to work, and left the place sparkling clean. Worth every penny!

I had a good response from AA regarding setting up an appointment after my purchase. It all went down hill the day of my service. Team was supposed to arrive around 12:15pm. They did not arrive until 1:45pm. An AA staff member responded to me by saying they forgot to send me an arrival time. The 12:15pm time was confirmed via email on 6/22/15 at 2:51pm. In regards to the cleaning, there was streaking along the oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The wood floors did not appear cleaned. Also, there was no follow-up fro AA regarding the time mix-up or how my cleaning went.

I am delighted to write this review for the company. They have been cleaning my house for the last four years. Before engaging with AA Environmentally Safe Cleaning, we had used another company that had repeated problems with scheduling, including last minute changes or forgetting to show up. In four years, I believe AAESC has rescheduled exactly one time (with a week's notice to reschedule at our convenience), because our cleaning was scheduled on a national holiday. Every other time, they arrived without fail, on time. On a few occasions, I contacted the company by email to reschedule or to schedule an additional cleaning, and they responded within a few hours, and were always more pleasant and flexible than I even expected. The cleaning crew consisted of four sweet women who were very efficient and thorough. They mostly came when we weren't home, but if one of us happened to be there, they were kind and accommodating. They were trustworthy, and I never worried about my belongings. In fact, one time, I couldn't find something and wondered if they had moved it while cleaning. I emailed the company, and within a few hours got the response that the owner had contacted the team leader, who remembered where she had seen the item. Sure enough, it was my fault for forgetting where I had put it. Ha! I can't give a higher recommendation to this company. If you want a hassle free experience, trustworthy cleaners, responsive office staff, and a great value, call them.

We loved the service! We chose them initially because we have a parrot and they are very sensitive to chemical fumes and can die if exposed to them. AA uses only non-toxic cleaners but they use ones that do a beautiful job. Even if you don't have birds or are not concerned with the environment, I would highly recommend the company. Their work is top notch and it was always a joy to come home to a spotless house. We used them for more than 2 years but recently moved out of town. They were always very responsive and flexible, if a holiday fell on our cleaning day or a snowstorm prevented the team from getting to our house, our cleaning would be quickly changed to a time of our liking within just a few days of our normal day. Elizabeth, the owner was wonderful and very attentive. She followed up instantly anytime I called. I rarely saw the team because they would come while I was at work and leave the house spick and span for me to come home to. They were patient with our bird whom I'm sure must have driven them crazy with her screaming. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires high quality cleaning and a friendly and responsive team. We will miss them in our new home!

OMG -- if there was a rating of A++ I would give it. First, a representative came by for a 10-min. walk-through to allow for questions/explanations on both sides. The company could actually schedule me the next day! Three employees came and cleaned the house in only 2 hours, and they were extremely thorough. They moved furniture, knickknacks, etc., even places where I never thought would get cleaned. The employees didn't mask their effort with strong, smelling cleaners, and everything shined. Thank yoiu!!!

I bought the $100 for six rooms deal. They were great, on time, extremely responsive to emails, and my house felt cleaner than ever. I now use them on a monthly basis.

We chose AAESC to clean our apartment once my son was born. We didn't want to many harsh chemicals used I our house and needed the helping hand. They have been great! The team does a great job cleaning our house with their safe and naturally based products. They are good with small requests like removing shoes or starting other rooms while we finish breakfast. Despite tricky parking in our neighborhood the team's arrival is consistent. Dealing with the central office and team lead makes communication easy. If you want reliable and safe cleaning this is a great service!

I'm very happy with the service they provide. As others have said, they are prompt and were extremely flexible with their scheduling when I had a last-minute conflict. Also, they are very courteous and professional. In terms of the actual cleaning, I'm very happy with the end results. I asked them to focus on my bathroom and kitchen, and it's been fantastic. Also, they use a Miele vacuum at my place, so I feel very comfortable that my rugs and floors are clean!

We have been using AA for about 6 months now and everything has been wonderful. Their communication is fantastic and they are almost always on time. The crew is polite and always takes that extra step when cleaning the house.

They are great. I contacted them when our baby was born, since family and friends would be coming over 1 week later. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule, and did a really nice job cleaning. I liked that they use nontoxic cleaners (I believe vinegar plays a big role), and have the HEPA Miele vacuum (same as I do). Elizabeth is very responsive to all my emails, and I really have appreciated that.

They're incredibly professional and thorough. We also like that they use natural cleaning products. Moreover, they're very flexible with schedule changes, which has been very helpful for us. Finally, they always get back to us quickly when we contact them with questions.
