Always knew when to expect the team -- exactly 28 days between each service. Team was thorough -- pulled furniture out to clean behind and under. The team went beyond just leaving the house smelling clean, it was actually clean!!

Very reliable and professional, flexible when need to reschedule, extremely helpful and friendly in a case of emergency we had even during the weekend!

AAESC has cleaned for us in two houses once every two weeks for the past 5 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact, I have recommended them many times and now several of my friends and family use them as well, with equally satisfied results. In terms of the actual cleaning, they are thorough and detailed and my house always looks awesome when they are done. They are VERY trust worthy and I literally would feel comfortable leaving money out with no concerns. If I leave them notes that I want something done specifically, they always do it and do it correctly. I am extremely picky and notice every speak of dirt or fuzz in every corner and they never disappoint. In terms of "ease of use," management is always responsive to any rescheduling requests and they are extremely accommodating. Email works best. I continue to recommend them and will use them as long as they are in business.

Splendidly! The house was cleaner than I've ever seen! I've hired other housecleaners and they didn't hold a candle to this.

Great! AA is always on time, efficient, and effective. We reply on their recurrent, monthly visit to help keep our home clean, plus an occasional "extra" visit before the holidays, etc. Rooms are nicely cleaned using the products we request, and clutter is reliably de-cluttered. Office staff is very professional.

I can't say enough positive things about AA ESC. In almost 6 years, I can honestly say we have never had an issue. They clean thoroughly, they have never once needed to reschedule (though have always been accommodating if I had to reschedule for any reason on our end), and nothing has ever been broken or lost. They have accommodated our request to come at certain times of day so that they aren't cleaning during the baby's naptime. Whenever I interact with them my email, phone, or in the house, they are pleasant and professional. They are the BEST and I give my highest recommendation!

The women who come do a very good job, and are very pleasant to talk to, though sometimes, since we speak different languages, I have trouble getting my ideas across. But usually, one of the three talks English!

My family highly recommends AAESC. The cleaning crews are respectful, friendly, efficient, and thorough. The attention to detail they showed when cleaning our home always made us feel like they cared about our family and our home. They also take their environmental pledge seriously--we've never seen them be wasteful with cleaning supplies or use any harsh materials. They worked with us for three years and, if we hadn't recently moved out of state, we'd certainly still be clients. We have tried other services and AAESC is by far our favorite.

Overall, always a great job. Price was a little high for our size house, but I contributed to the use of natural and organic products and our location.

The actual cleaning was excellent. Getting the estimate appointment confirmed and executed was difficult. They only communicate via email which is tedious and not timely. (Unless you are on your email constantly) There was a last minute problem with the date/time agreed to for the estimate appointment. An email changing the appointment was sent at 10p the night before. I never saw that email. I was at the apartment waiting and sent an email as they were late. That's when I found out they wanted to change the appointment. I travelled 2 hours so was not happy. To their credit, they called on an staff member heading back from vacation and she came right over. That recovery was very impressive and a great customer service experience. So, I would definitely use them again!

I have a home cleaner.I tried a number of different home cleaners and these people are very good.They only come once a month. Not only do they vacuum the floors, but then they wash them as well. I have used them now for several years.

I cannot say enough great things about this team. The cleanings are really great - very thorough and lots of nice touches. At the initial consult they ask if there are any particulars you want over and above the 'usual clean' (like windowsills wet-wiped), which is great. I love that they use HEPA vacs and environmentally friendly cleaners. The communication with the office staff/schedulers is fast and courteous. We had a baby recently and have often had to rearrange when I've come home to work, he's sleeping, in-laws visiting etc etc and they were always SUPER responsive and nice about it. The cleaning teams are really lovely and happily cleaned around us when we were home, too. No one is perfect and we have had the odd scheduling or trash disposal snafu (eg. trash in our empty green bin..no big deal), but they always take feedback and are great about everything.

Fantastic! The team was quick (all cleanings completed in 30 minutes or fewer), thorough, responsible, and friendly. They were also highly professional. Their work eliminated an enormous amount of stress in my daily life and was 100% worthwhile!!

So far our experience with AAECS has been great! The only two minor gripes are that they are a bit erratic with their arrival time (not a big problem in general but they come during a window of time rather than at an appointed hour) and there is no phone number to call for last minute issues – the only contact is via email. Of course, email communication means there is always a record which is good and there is usually a prompt reply. In any case, the crew is always friendly and efficient and we have had zero issues with anything being broken or anything like that – and our apartment is filled with knickknacks. I would definitely recommend.

Great! AA are very responsive over email and phone, and let you know the dates far in advance so you can plan out your schedule. It's usually no problem to have them come at specific times on the cleaning days too.

I was well impressed by their punctuality, their mindfulness for the environment and their cleaners did the thorough job I was looking for. The bathtub was stained by a dripping faucet and to my surprise the cleaners removed the stains.

This is a very good company. The office is professional and the cleaning team is courteous and provides consistent quality. I needed housekeeping help due to an injury and had no experience with hiring or what to expect. We had an initial meeting to define expectations and they started the following week. That was 1.5 years ago- my injury is long since healed and I expect to keep their services for a long while. I am not a fastidious housekeeper, juggling husband, family and career, so it is a real pleasure to come home to a clean house. It frees up time for me and my family which is well worth the money.

An excellent service that has exceeded my expectations. I hadn't had a cleaning service before so was careful in my screening. I needed reliability at an affordable price and this company delivers. I developed health issues in early Nov 2016 and hired AA Environ service at end of Nov after an interview. The first deep cleaning was superb- I couldn't believe their detail. The biweekly cleaning replicates this with an eye to what needs to be done even without my asking for it specifically. Yesterday's team wiped down my refrigerator shelves! I have a professional career, live with all men (husband, 3 sons) and keeping the house clean was largely a wish and a promise. No more and very much worth the cost. The deep clean for our house was $240 (team of 4). The cost of biweekly cleaning is $95 which is very reasonable for our area and house size. My health is improving, but I'm not telling my husband. I like this company.

The cleaning service is excellent. All areas are cleaned in an exceptional manner.

AA has been fantastic. The team has always been punctual and incredibly professional; best of all, Elizabeth is incredibly responsive, which has been especially valuable to me as we've had a lot of back and forth on a number of issues (not having to do with AA but questions on my end). I've called on Elizabeth to assist with matters far beyond the scope of her duties, but she has been amazing and has gone above and beyond to help. The cleanings themselves have been great, and overall I feel strongly that AA is a company I can put my trust in.

The ladies were on time, focused and efficient. This was my first experience with the company, and I was very satisfied. I will now be using them once a month.

Went very well. I am struggling with a broken collarbone so to have the house thoroughly clean is wonderful. I might get addicted to this --
