Response from AA ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE CLEANING
We are sorry to see this F report show up as we do feel it is unwarranted. We received this persons call on a Wednesday afternoon right before the long weekend with the Monday holiday and kids school vacation. Being a cleaning company and many of our clients being home that Monday as well as the whole vacation week, the week prior to any school vacation is very hectic for us with special requests and such. Especially, as we will be intruding on the clients vacation time at home if we do not show up at an agreed upon time. And this member filled out this F report only 2 days later. Our phone lines are bombarded every day with solicitations from advertisers, green product vendors/ green festivals, etc. And our voicemail is very clear in stating that if you are interested in our cleaning services and a free estimate, please do go to our website and fill out our online form. The form takes only 2 minutes and we do receive these up to the minute, thus much quicker than a voicemail. Now had this person done this we would have at least sent her a quick reply that we received her information and will be back to her as soon as possible, probably at the start of the next week. Not to say that we do not answer phone calls, but that we try to answer as many calls as we can in between giving our current clients 110 % of our attention. We returned this members call on Monday, the holiday, in the morning and upon getting her voicemail, we left a message asking her to please either fill out our online form or give us a call on a cell phone number that we provided her with at that time. We will always cater to our current clients needs and requests first and foremost. And we are sorry if this member can not understand and appreciate that. We mean no disrespect but even if we had a moment to call her, we would not have been able to assist her until all other current clients needs were fulfilled. Now had we been plumbers, roofers or a service that was needed in case of an emergency, then yes we can see someone being irritated with no immediate answer, but our voicemail is very clear that we do not do 1 time cleanings, or emergency cleanups, and that you should fill out our online form. We have now given this person more than 2 weeks to get back to us so that we can try to assist or at least answer her questions, but have heard nothing. Hence why we are now replying to her report. We know how busy everyone can get and thought she might wish to speak to us and then possibly even pull this report. We are still open to hearing from her and answering her questions. Most important, we do hope that she can appreciate the fact that had she already been a client then we would have taken care of her ahead of trying to sign up anyone new. Again we are sorry to see this F report, but we do hope that it will at least let anyone else interested in our services or with any questions know that they can just go to our website, www.aaclean.com and fill out the online contact form. We will get back to you much faster than a voicemail. We do hope that this member has since found another service provider to accommodate her immediate need and we wish her all the best.
