Description of Work: They come by once a month to clean my 1BR condo. I've been very happy with the service. With two cats in the house, I end up with fur all over the place and they do a great job getting rid of it all. Much better than I do with my little vacuum. They also do a really nice job cleaning the kitchen and bath. Everything is sparkling when I get home. I also like the piece of mind that comes with knowing they use all natural cleaners.

Description of Work: Poor communication, job not completed, with the company making up reasons as to why it was not completed. The workers were wonderful and blameless; management was unprofessional and greedy. Never again.

Description of Work: They come once every 28 days and do general cleaning in my condo. This always includes cleaning the bathroom and kitchen floors, and a full cleaning of those rooms. Also, they do dusting and vacuuming, etc. They are careful, considerate and thorough. To coordinate, I have interacted with Elizabeth, who is unfailingly kind, considerate, responsive and helpful. I knew about them from a personal referral and I would refer them to anyone. They are great, trustworthy and use products which will not harm people, pets or the environment. They are a pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: I am the mom of 2 schoolage children with 2 big dogs; I work full time + and thought I would try this so I could spend even more time with the kids, etc... instead of cleaning (or trying to keep up with cleaning!)After my initial inquiry, the company contacted me via email letting me know that they would be in touch to arrange a visit for an estimate. The person who came to give the estimate walked through my home with me and explained what was included in the service and what was not (ie, cleaning of the TV for example, just to prevent damage). The company then emailed me an estimate for the initial cleaning and the cost for routine /scheduled cleanings in the future. I accepted the offer and then we arranged for a first cleaning (which was today; and then it will be weekly after); the initial cleaning costs more because obviously they're cleaning everything to start fresh.I just came home from work a short time ago and was pleasantly suprised. I didn't know what to expect, I never used a cleaning service before, but they have exceeded my expectations. They cleaned all of the floors, dusted, cleaned the stove, etc... And the bathroom looks great, I have had such a hard time trying to clean the tiles, and it looks wonderful. I have received very promp and professionalt replies when I have emailed the company, that is probably the best way to communicate/ most efficient. I am looking forward to using their service going forward and wish that I did this years ago! I think it is going to be a great investment.

Description of Work: I read other reviews on this site that warned me of this, but didn't pay attention. Basically, you have to request to be contacted on their website. Like what some others said, they never contact you back. After 3 weeks (and I found another cleaner) they emailed me a canned letter telling me that they will get back to me soon and thanking for understanding that their regular customers come first. 6 weeks later I still haven't heard from them. If they didn't have openings, I feel that they should have informed me within 48 hours- even 1 week. If you actually want service, try someone else.

Description of Work: This company did not bother to return my phone call. Not a good sign for them or Angie's list. They were first on the list and highly recommended! So far I'm not impressed. I called last week.

Description of Work: AA Environmental has been cleaning my home twice a month for four years now. They are terrific! Very reliable, very sweet cleaning ladies. I trust them in my home when I'm not there.
