+ -1 moreI like them a lot and they are an excellent company. They have always treated me nicely. They have not found any termites in a long time. They are very nice people. They same guy comes every year and he is very good and personable. He educated me about bed bugs. They always write a note or card to tell me when they are coming and enquire if it is a good time or not. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Waltham Services – Agawam for pest control all around my house. I have been using them for the past thirty nine years. They come out on a yearly basis.

+ -1 moreI like my pest control company. They do a good job and I have had no complaints. They do good work and are very polite people to talk to and exchange comments with. I think they treat their customers in a very nice manner. I like them very much.
Description of Work: This company handles the pest control in and around my maybe 2200 square foot house. I have a contract with them to control things like ants and termites and I pay a yearly fee for the service.

+ -1 moreThey always make sure to come when you call. We are very pleased with the service and the price is very reasonable. We know that they are doing what they should be and there is never anything to worry about. We would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We have a contract with them and they came to spray the outside of our 2500 square foot home for any household pest including termites. They checked the cellar to make sure their was no evidence of anything there as well.

+ -1 moreTHEY RESPONDED ON TIME. THE INSPECTION WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. FORTUNATELY THE INSECT WAS BENIGN AND NO WORK WAS NEEDED. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND THEY REMAIN MY FIRST CHOICE. THEIR PHONE AND EMAIL RESPONSE CAN BE IMPROVED, BUT ONCE YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE PROFESSIONALS, THEY HAVE A CLASS ACT.
Description of Work: I ASKED THEM TO COME AND INSPECT AN INSECT PROBLEM.
