Spoke with a woman and explained that we have an older home that had a heating system that was not consistently heating. This resulted in a pipe burst early in the year. Owner then got on the phone and basically gave asked questions without explaining WHY and abruptly said HE wasn't interested and hung up. As if to say how dare I have called them with my inquiry! Might I suggest a communications class. Most humans provide reasoning behind what they are saying rather than stating things in vacuum about this and that. Or simply state it isn't something that you can handle and say good-bye. Confused as to why the call was handled the way it was. As a business owner myself, I understand picking and choosing your clients because that is your right, but at least give the customer something to chew on for the next call they have to make so that it will help them choose a more appropriate fit. I am chalking this up to dodging a major bullet and not a good fit for the work we need done.

The came promptly, and provided an estimate right away. We would have used them, but our original contractor called later that same day. We had already had promised the job. The folks from Dreyer where great. If we have a reason to use them in the future I would have no reservations.

Very well! They determined we only needed to replace one faucet and did a minor repair to the second one. We felt he was honest and fair.

After spending a few minutes trying to fix the bathroom sink, he said he couldn't fix it, he actually made it worse. My husband then spent a day that following weekend repairing the sink. I was not impressed with his professionalism on this task. After saying he repaired the "ghost" flushing, the toilet flushed again right after he left. I had to call him to come back and look at it again, for which I believe he charged me for this extra time. The shower and kitchen sink were done to my satisfaction.

I was amazed at how quickly and throughout the job was done. A repairman was at my house within 2 days of my initial call. The leaks were identified and resolved within 20 minutes. A problem that was estimated to cost me $800.00 was fixed within the first hour service call. Doug was fair and genuine. I will definitely call this company again and have them lined up to do some other work in my home.

I think the plumbers were only here at the most 30 minutes. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. Great experience. We are very pleased. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Dreyer and his son. They were initially confused with the address as there are 2 houses with number 11. One is at Knollwood Drive and the other at Knollwood Circle. When they arrived they went right to work and knew exactly what to do. With regard to the bathroom faucet, Mr. Dreyer showed me how it had been stripped and needed replacement, which I agreed to. They were at my home for approximately 75 minutes. When finished, Mr. Dreyer wrote down the specifics pertaining to costs. He said he would mail me a statement. I paid on the spot by check and felt the overall cost was in the ballpark of what I expected. When I told Mr. Dreyer that I had obtained his name from Angie's list, he told me to take $10.00 off the final cost. I would definitely recommend this company for other customers. Both gentlemen were polite, professional, and attentive to my needs as a customer.

They were early which was appreciated as I was home from work. I think it took about an hour for both small jobs. They listened to me and then showed me how my fireplace worked. (The control switch had gone bad so they showed me how to temporarily bypass it for troubleshooting until I bought a new switch that afternoon.) The shutoff was a simple upgrade. Works perfectly.

The plumbers arrived later in the day and replaced the sillcock. It was late and there was not time to put in the washer hookup. I called to reschedule and they came by and completed the job. I was impressed with the quality of the work and they cleaned up afterward.

Dreyers was easy to get ahold of, came when they said they would. Finished up the job quickly. The guys that came were professional and were able to give me good information on the work that was done by the original plumber.

HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! I was told I had a tentative appointment in 3 weeks. After making 4 calls to schedule the initial assessment (this should have been a sign), I was informed someone could be at the house in 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, I received a call saying someone was there knocking on the door. My husband was already in route and arriving in 5 minutes, he had raced out of the house to be there. The receptionist stated, "Time is money, this is a done deal". CLICK. I called back bewildered. The woman said, "Find someone else, and don't call back here again". If you want terrible customer service, a rude receptionist, and a horrific experience, this may be your guy!

Mr. Dreyer knew he was running over on the previous job and called well in advance to say he'd be late. Very professional and courteous. He came quickly and had all the tools and materials on hand. He went immediately to work and completed the job in 20 minutes or less. The price was as he had quoted. He was very quick and professional. It's nice to know there is someone reliable in the ready.

The plumber showed up on time and was very nice and explained everything that needed to get done. The price was a bit more than expected and the bill was not itemized, but it's plumbing and it being expensive is never really a huge surprise.

They were on time. They looked over the problems and then set about fixing them. Since they left, the problems haven't returned. I thought the price was a tad high, but so long as the work is high quality it wasn't outrageous. Definitely use this firm again.

The service was excellent. I have used them twice. If you call them and they have time, they fit you right in. In fact, the last time I called them, they were here within two hours. The quality of their work is excellent.

Regarding the first job, the high efficiency boiler, the job was done quickly, efficiently and as promised. The boiler works great and is already saving me on my gas bills. I am thoroughly happy with both the boiler and the work performed to install it. Dreyer Plumbing did a great job! The second job, the installation of the sink and two faucets was a little rougher through NO FAULT of the plumbers! We has a standard sized sink that we were replacing. Unfortunately, not all sinks of the same size have their supports in the same places. This new sink needed a bigger hole in the counter. The service men from Dreyer Plumbing kept on working while the size if the hole was increased. We were eventually able to get the sink in. Then, the plumbing for the disposal did not line up and had to be re-done. In the bathroom, the faucet went in fine. But, both shut-offs were corroded and had to be replaced. They took the time to do this for me also. Brett and Mike were super. They were polite, patient and respectful. Thanks to both of you! I'd recommend Dreyer Plumbing anytime! And incidentally, we went to them because they were recommended to us by a customer.

BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS OUT TO RIP YOU OFF I called this company for a quote on a tank less water heater. I did my homework first on the brand that he offers. He gave me a quote of over $3400.00 on a unit that sells for around $1000.00. When I let him know that I knew what the unit retails for he did not disagree about the cost of the unit but used the excuse that the Gas Company would give me an $800.00 rebate. I informed him that the Gas Company?s rebate is for the Customer and not for him to inflate his price to so he could steal the rebate for himself. I can tell you I?m tired of getting ripped off by dishonest Contractors Do yourself a huge favor as I did and find another Contractor, if enough people speak out only the honest Contractors will survive.

Dreyer plumbing was fantastic to work with. Everyone was very professional and knowledgable. They were always on time and completed work when they said they would. I would highly recommend Dreyer plumbing. Doug and his team was great.

This was painless! I called on Friday with a leaky kitchen sink and Dreyer would have been there Monday but I wanted to have a new kitchen faucet installed so I had to purchase one first. Came on Tuesday morning. They were right on time, neat, professional and the fee charged was reasonable. Would recommend Dreyer Plumbing to others.

Mr. Dreyer was prompt, professional, and efficient. He was also very honest about letting us know that our garage faucet did not need to be replaced (as we had assumed) but only needed a minor repair. We could have purchased the Kohler K-10433 online for about $50 less; however, we would have had to wait for shipping and we appreciated having our kitchen faucet replaced professionally and in a timely manner. We were able to use a $20 web coupon towards the service visit also (the invoice without the coupon would have been $373). We would definitely use Dreyer Plumbing again.
