+ -1 moresee above not sure about date It was a struggle getting things done and communicating with owner.Not a good experience.Work done was fair.
Description of Work: had to redo pool. acid wash, sand blast, etc..was a big job. One thing is fair for me to mention was they were other owners and are now operated by new owners so hopefully things will be better now. Do not like the fact that I called right away as I noted some spots where they painted the pool and they refused to come back and fix. Did not get a good feeling at all. If the new owners are reading this let me know if you can win me back .The only problem is the pool will be closing on Sept. 5th so if you wanted to look at pool you'd have to call me and get over to look at it. I do not want to make any trouble for the new owners. I'm only stating my experience with the old owners which was very bad. It was very difficult speaking with the old owner. He kept adding fees and was very inflexible.

+ -1 moreThey charged us $100, even for the second visit, just to tell us that their first visit didn't work, and that they couldn't help us. (We subsequently bought a new one, not from them.) I called the company about the additional charge, and they said they would get back to us, but they never did. This left a very bad taste. Very unprofessional. And so I would not recommend them. I think they might have sold out since this occurred.
Description of Work: Came to check out spa leak, and attempted to fix it. Fix didn't work. Then came back to tell us that it wasn't worth fixing.

+ -1 moreInitially spoke with Scott on the phone -- he was super nice and very informative. We set up a time for the pool to be opened. He called to confirm the day before. The two guys who came out to actually open the pool were nice enough and professional. They seemed competent and answered the questions I had -- they didn't go out of their way to volunteer information (this is my first experience owning a pool so I'm pretty clueless), but did they did the job. I would hire them again -- although they were a little pricier than some of the other options, they had better availability.
Description of Work: Opened pool for summer.
