 + -1 moreTrouble shot wobbly bathroom toilet well. Repaired/replaced flange and then reseated toilet. The main complaint is the toilet is not seated straight and is positioned at an angle. The workers left a mess behind--wet footprints on floor, dirty hand prints on wall etc. The work itself (flange and wax seal) has held up well, but it was a hassle.
Description of Work: Toilet leak repair.

Description of Work: Woke up one morning in Feb. and there was no hot water and the furnace was not running. Called at 7:30. Some one was here 10 minutes later.

Description of Work: The plumber was very helpful and professional. He ended up coming to our house three times to install a new bathroom sink in a small half bath. The first time he came he found that he could not install the unit I bought and tried finding a unit that would work. The second time coming I had a new unit but when unboxed was not complete. The third and final time he was able to install the sink. All this was completed over two days and making accommodations for our need to have it completed before a graduation party. I appreciate his efforts to meet our needs and have no concerns about the installation. I thought the charges were somewhat high, but this was my only concern.

 + -1 moreI called several companies who had experience repairing frozen pipes They all said they were extremely busy with frozen pipe repairs all over the area and couldn't get to my problem for a few days. Ouellette's Plumbing responded by the end of the day and did an extremely excellent job. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. I will always recommend them and use them again for any future plumbing job.
Description of Work: The temperatures were below freezing several days in a row. I had frozen water lines in the basement which caused the loss of hot water. Ouellette's Plumbing repaired several frozen pipes.
