The provider showed up around the time I had requested to help with a malfunctioning sump pump. We had just under an inch of water in the basement and more was coming in, and our sump had quit in the middle of the night. He replaced our old pump and the piping that was too small to handle the amount of water. He also routed the piping's exit further away from the house than it had been previously, to help prevent it from coming back in once pumped out. While we probably paid more than we would have had it not been an emergency, the fact was it WAS an emergency, and he did what needed to be done immediately. It has been a few weeks and the pump is working great, and the change in the pipe size has been very beneficial. The provider was very friendly and professional.

I contacted Mr. Rooter of Adams when my sewer line was backing up. The call was handled very well and an estimate was scheduled for the next day. While being a little late for estimate appointment, they did a nice job using the camera to scope out the job using their "trenchless" process. The actual job was done in one day. The crew was very professional, informative and neat. In fact, except for a small area of grass that needed to be removed, you would never even know they were there.
