+ -1 moreWe had to chase them continually for installation. We even had one installation part that was missing and he gave us an excuse that FedEx was delayed because of the Super bowl. Their pricing seemed reasonable; however by the time we had it completed he delayed his service. We had to even hand-write the bill on our end.
Description of Work: We purchased and had a gas stove heater installed from them.

+ -1 moreHorrible experience.... Love the product, would never use this company again, and would not reccomend them to anyone
Description of Work: Ordered a QuadraFire pellet stove insert for my fireplace on 10/29/2011.... It took three weeks before they were able to install and expected payment in full before unloading the truck.... Trim to complete the insert did not arrive with the stove, supposedly back ordered.... It has now been seven months since we ordered the stove and it is still not complete....the owner of the company has not returned phone calls in a timely manner, sometimes weeks, he has not shown for appointments, repeatedly, and now expects us to pay extra for trim that he claims was custom made....... We are considering legal action?
