Description of Work: Had 8x10 quality Oriental rug cleaned (hand washed) after a friend had spilled red wine on it (which we had then drenched with water & blotted up - but it still had a noticeable stain)

+ -1 moreAbout two weeks later, I was notified the rugs were complete and ready for pick-up. When I received the rugs after cleaning, they were georgious! The colors were bright and they were soft, not stiff as you would think after cleaning. I am so very pleased and would recommend Silk Road and will use them again. I also purchased rug pads.
Description of Work: I had two small oriental rugs that need cleaning. I called several rug cleaning companies for quotes, but decided on Silk Road because they were close and the price for service was half the others. I delivered and left the rugs for cleaning. The rugs were cleaned.
