The service is excellent with great customer service. Very friendly and great team that were all insured. They were reasonably priced and very fast to do the job.

We contacted Jack at Prestigious Tree and he returned our call the same day. He came highly recommended by another tree company because Prestigious Tree has a track lift bucket that allows them to reach trees without the need for a crane or driving a heavy bucket truck onto a yard with a septic system. Jack gave a very reasonable estimate for a crew of 4 with their track lift for a full day. He promised to get to the job before leaves started to fall....and sure enough, he called to schedule the job a week after the estimate. They cleared out alot of dead wood and low hanging branches. They were very careful of the landscaping and lawn...the track lift barely left any marks on the lawn. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning all the debris. I would highly recommend Prestigious

Excellent job on a old oak tree that hadn't been pruned in over years. Took down another tree upon request that was not the contract. Jack Paakki and his team are very professional.. His price is lower than competitors?. I would absolutely have them back in the future.

Posted for my mother-in-law in Acton: Jack Paakki and his team at Prestigious Tree & Landscaping in Acton, MA, completed a tree removal that recently fell into my garage. It caused extensive damage and needed immediate removal. When called, Jack responded immediately, removed the tree, limbs and debris from the area, and tarped the opening the next day. Work was efficient and expertly done. Clean up was impeccable. A pleasure to do business with, and would absolutely have them back in the future.

We have lived in Acton since 1983. We have been using Jack Paakki and his crew for tree work at our house since 2001. He is very professional & very knowledgeable about trees and what status they seem to be in, relative to need to remove. We have been through Hurricane Irene & Superstorm Sandy with Jack. Everything went terrifically well. He and his crew are friendly & easy to work with. I cant think of a better situation for tree removal than Jack & his crew. It makes this kind of thing easy to take. And they also clean up their work beautifully. Their pricing is very reasonable. He was last here 8/28/14.
