Description of Work: Replace 2 toilets, 2 faucets, 2 shower heads; fix slow drain; and also replace pipes/valves/fixtures leading from the basement to outside faucets.

Description of Work: Had a leaky toilet. Called Precision. They arrived on time,went to get a part, came back and finished the job. I used a coupon, no problem. The plumber was personable, explained the job, and fixed the toilet.

+ -1 moreTim and his workers areveasynto get along with. He gives considered estimates and willingly discusses alternatives. Sometimes the jobs take longer than planned, but failing hot water heaters take precedence over plumbing that can wait. He's prompt and worked with my schedule as best he could. I'm well satisfied.
Description of Work: Tim Byrne has taken over for his father and does excellent work. Replacing a toilet is just one job in a long list over the past three years. His workmanship is excellent. He gives his honest opinion of the options. He shows up on time as do his workers. I highly recommend his work. He gas changed my oil service to gas, plumbed a new bathroom, and carried out minor repairs.
