Taylor Christie saved the summer by quickly responding to a request to fix a heat pump for a pool. He found the problem quickly and it was fixed in minutes. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and he was on time with clear communication on his schedule too.

Taylor Christie is a nice person, discussed the problem after my review posted; I really should have chosen a larger company with more employees who could provide emergency services. Lesson learned

Taylor quickly came and looked at the A/C. Overall service was good but he didn't have necessary tools to find the leaks. Also seems little pricy for what they did.

Within a few minutes of submitting my information I was contacted by Taylor. He was able to fit me in sooner than what the available online scheduling stated, which was great! Taylor was very courteous of my work/sleep schedule (I work nights). He showed up on time, had the part that would most likely fix the problem I described with my A/C unit, verified that it was the cause quickly, and fixed it within the hour. Overall, Taylor was great! My only regret is that I didn't contact him sooner! Thanks so much! Having a working A/C=happiness!

After having my plumbing contractor charge me $1200 for installing the Ecobees wrong, and then fixing it wrong.... I called Taylor. He was polite, knowledgeable, reliable. Taylor fixed the system like the pro he is. He came on time, is very presentable around the family. He wore paper boots when working in the house. He charged fairly, and the charges did not vary from the estimate. He is an excellent and trustworthy fellow.

Taylor was by far one of the most responsive and professional contractors I've hired, and I am very pleased with how quickly and effectively he repaired my A/C. Everything is working well, and I plan to have him take a look at my heating system before winter, too!

Taylor uncovered the problem with my central air in a fairly short time. A previous Heating contractor disconnected the a/c wiring when they installed a new heating system. That contractor didn't handle a/c......so wasn't concerned about that system even though I had called and told him about the a/c not working.

Showed up the next day, on time, did the job and was done in less than an hour. The problem was a bothersome mouse who gummed up the electrical components...cleaned them off, totally cleaned cooling fins (after 10 years), and had me fixed up promptly. Plus a very nice young man!

I asked a quote over the phone. I was told that he needs to look at it in order to give a quote. I assumed it will be free check. Taylor showed up, he is very professional and seems very knowledgeable. He found out the issue is electrical. The condenser was not getting enough voltage and it needs electrician. When I asked him if I owe him anything, I was surprised that I needed to foot $200 dollars. Really! Why didn't you tell me when I asked on the phone?

He came same day late afternoon after contacting me withing 30 min. of my request. Repaired my AC within 30 minutes and will return to reinsulate my outdoor pipes. On a very hot day speedy this was excellent service

Prompt, polite and efficient

Taylor came during the unseasonably hot day to help get our AC back working. After 3 hours of sweaty work he located an abraded wire shorting out the sysem and repaired it. All is now cool and well at home.

I discovered a problem with one of my AC units yesterday and Taylor came out to take a look today. Taylor was extremely prompt and professional. After just a few minutes he diagnosed our problem - a rodent had been munching on some wires - 10 minutes later the problem was fixed and he was on his way. I would use Taylor again in a heartbeat.

I’ve had an AC leak for about 1.5 years. I’ve tried to fix the problem myself, with friends, and even by hiring other AC companies, but the leak continued and we weren’t sure why. Taylor came over to check it out, and very methodically checked my system, eliminating one potential problem at a time. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to explain the problem / my AC system to me during his time there. We’ll have to see if the leak continues, but I am fairly confident that it would be difficult to find an AC technician more transparent and customer-focused than Taylor. Thank you, Taylor!

a very complicated no heat from furnace call as a landlord i rented to a Sister 1stFloor and Brother on 2ndfloor What i didnt know there was no Zone Valve to separate the 2 floors so essentially the FirstFloor only received hot-water when 2ndFloor Thermostat called for heat As I didnt know this I had Taylor come in friday for initial eval and Thermostat install..over the weekend he mentioned I think both floors are wired together Solution? i asked Zone Valve so FirstFloor and 2ndFloor Thermostats input call to separate circulator pumps He made it happen and now my FirstFloor is no longer tied to 2ndFloor Thermostat and has "independent heat" This situation was COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED BY PLUMBER thank god i was able to get Taylor Christie to get this working Thanks Taylor!

Christie the owner is excellent very responsive even after hours. I own a moving company and he is our go to guy. Excellent pricing and great over all quality.
