+ -1 moreCALLED BACK PROMPTLY AND SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT. HOWEVER, I FOUND MR. GOODBAND TO BE CONDESCENDING AND DISMISSIVE, CLEARLY ONLY INTERESTED IN LARGE AND EXPENSIVE JOBS, AND LACKING IN ANY CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO JOB SPECS, BUT HIGHBALLED ME ON MATERIAL COSTS, AND HIS LABOR COSTS SEEM HIGH. NOT THE SORT OF PERSON WITH WHOM I WOULD LIKE TO DO BUSINESS!
Description of Work: MET WITH COMPANY PRESIDENT GORDON GOODBAND REGARDING AN ESTIMATE FOR A DRIVEWAY/PATIO PROJECT.

+ -1 moreTHEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY ARE JUST TERRIFIC PEOPLE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DO ON TREES IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TREES AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I WISH THERE WERE MORE COMPANIES LIKE THIS.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK DOWN BRANCHES THAT WERE HANGING OVER MY HOME AND WIRES. THEY ALSO TOOK DOWN SOME TREES.
