 + -1 moreCalled to ask abut swarm in basement. Immediate call back. They asked for photos. Next day Jack called and told me they were a type of ant NOT TERMITES. He told me they could deal with it but recommended I do some things myself first.

Description of Work: We use Acton Pest every year to treat the house for mice (old house with lots of passage ways). We also treat the garage and tool shed. The treatments make a big difference and save us from expensive tool repairs that often come with nesting mice. In the past, we've used Acton Pest to trap a pair of squirrels that had moved into the attic. Their service is great. Neat, clean and pleasant.

Description of Work: Investigated due to noise in the attic floor; determined that it was likely mice. Salted the house top to bottom with mouse baits. Have not heard any noise since, now 1-3/4 years, though I may have it re-baited before winter this year.

I had called others but no one else was willing to come out right away. We had a problem with carpenter ants and they treated for them. They had a hard time detecting where the problem was so they came back out until they got it resolved.
