This was a combination siding and shingle repair for a chimney leak, Leaks are notoriously hard to locate but Mark Pizzi and his crew did it. Once on the job they were fast and did a good job. Cost was more then reasonable and there was no additional charge for minor additional work that needed to be done. Mark is very personable and willing to chat while his crew works.

The guy actually doing the work is great. I wanted my deck to be stained as well as being repaired. The owner of the company did not want to complete the job due to having to wait too long for a dry couple of days, so he adjusted the bill, which I do not think was fair, but, ok. The stain was included in the estimate. Initially told me to find someone else to stain my deck. If you choose this company just make sure you receive an itemized estimate and final bill.

Pricey but better than paying for a whole roof when the repair was easy for knowable people.
