Lowes - Abington

We had a great experience with this Lowe's appliance sales team. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The purchase and delivery set up was straightforward and they followed up with us regularly to make sure there weren't any changes to the delivery date/time. We did end up having some delays in our kitchen remodel, but the sales associate at Lowe's was responsive to our calls and changed the delivery date/time without a problem. It would recommend this location for appliance purchases.

Purchased a dishwasher on Jan 9,2013. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get so I specifically asked them to double check that this was a good date. A call was made to their main office to verify this. The day before my 2 week delivery date I received a call that the delivery would take at least another week, which I was originally trying to avoid or I would have gone elsewhere. But I did not get this opportunity. I was offered a loaner, but setting up another delivery would be more trouble than it's worth. I will not shop at Lowes for anything I cannot take with me.
