John Cooper Paving and Sealing did an outstanding job!!! Our 6 car driveway has stone walls on 3 sides and I was concerned that they would get sealer all over them, but they were very neat and didnt get anything on the walls. Last guy we had left lines all over the driveway. John Cooper did such a good job, the driveway looks brand new again. Also, we were away when they did this job and were afraid someone would drive on it while we weren't there, but they put stakes and caution tape up before they left.. We were pleasantly surprised! Denise and Jackie are very efficient from start to finish with regards to making an appt, getting an estimate, setting a date, and rescheduling due to rain cancellations. I would definitely recommend this company and will plan to use them in the future!!

The driveway rip out and install went great. The crew was there right on time They were very courteous and the foreman reviewed the job prior to starting. They left the area very neat and tidy.

Things couldn't have gone better! Their services were amazing through every stage of the job. I was impressed from my initial contact, Yes! A person answers your call. Jackie's a gem! The owner, Denise, not only comes out to give the estimate but she also schedules all the jobs. I was so grateful she was able to accommodate an appointment date that met the needs of my disabled family member. I watched in awe as their team worked. Everything went incredibly smooth. They cleaned up so well the only indication they had been there was the beautiful new driveway!

Outstanding! By far, Denise Cooper was the most professional of all the paving companies we met with. She hopped out of her truck and said, "Thank you for your time." You have to love someone who starts off a business relationship like that! Denise explained the process as well as how to care for our new driveway even if she didn't get the work. She not only oozed information and knowledge, but also gave me the impression John Cooper Paving & Sealing was the kind of company you want to do business with. All along the way, communication was excellent. When the big day came, the crew arrived early and got right to work. They were professional, polite, and, while this is neither here nor there, genuinely seemed to enjoy each other's company. As for the finished product, we could not be more delighted! My wife and I joked that we were going to pull the Adirondack chairs out to the lawn so that we could sit back and just look at it! Today, 24 hours after the work was done, Denise followed up to ensure our satisfaction, just what you'd expect from a quality company. Depending on the time of year, it might take them a couple of weeks to get out to see you, but they are worth the wait. Highly recommend!

It went perfectly. The crew arrived early on the scheduled day, dug and removed the old driveway and laid down the new. The crew was completely professional and the new driveway is absolutely beautiful. They did a great job in a timely fashion. The cost was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this family business to anyone needing a new driveway.

They don’t do recycled asphalt. Price for new asphalt driveway was $5000 higher than the next highest quote.

When it became the proper time to sealcoat my new driveway, I was unsuccessful getting a timely call back from the original installer. A message to the main phone number at John Cooper was returned promptly. It only took one phone call with Jackie for me to be convinced of their dedication to customer service and professionalism. That same level of service continued through every phase of the job, from the estimate to execution. The team was right on time and did a fantastic job! Part of the original estimate was a small, back walkway that I now intend to be completely removed and replaced in spring 2019. On the morning of the sealcoating job, there was 'real time” coordination between the onsite team and Jackie, and my invoice was instantly and appropriately reduced. Such great customer service! This company is in a class all by itself!

The driveway looks great. The grass was trimmed on the sides giving the yard a nice look. Office easy to deal with and and very responsive. I would use them again.

We just had our driveway installed today . Everything went so smoothly. Denise is very responsive and her crew did such a great job ! Timely , perfectly done and cleaned up so well ! What a wonderful company .

It went very well. They came out sooner than they were supposed to. They finished in one day. Super clean company and very professional. What I liked the most was when I called them it was very business oriented. It almost felt like I was calling my doctors office. That's how it professional it was. I would highly recommend.

The owner is delightful and the crew was great. The work was great. We did have a problem that arose when our sprinkler company went under the driveway and damaged the work done by John Cooper, but they came right out and fixed it for us.

Awesome job. Denise personally come out to our house to review the plan and make sure that we had everything right before we started. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job doing what was asked/agreed-to and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend their services!

Denise and team are professional, punctual, efficient and all around pleasure to deal with. They set the bar high for any contractors you will deal with after them. Made the appointment to have Denise measure and provide estimate, had it hand the day she was at our house. I expected an all day job (tear up old, large, potholed driveway and replace) they were done in 1/2 that. Non stop action with no mess left. Looks beautiful. Quite frankly, I am not sure I want to park on it. Really improves the look of the house/yard.

After 2 years there were still some soft spots in the driveway (this apparently happens once in a while and so we also put off sealcoating). The spots resulted in some damage from tires being turned on the pavement and some damage I had done by mistake. I called Denise and she came out last year (and the year prior) and looked at it. She said some of it could be fixed but not sure all of it since some was very shallow (and I am very fussy) and pointed out that most of it was caused by people turning with the car stopped in the driveway on hot days. This year, 03/29/18, she followed up without my calling and sent her crew out. I am very impressed with the work they did, it is like the damage never happened! This is almost three years later and she still returned to do the work and did not even charge me for any of it! Try to find another contractor that does that!!! YES, I would use them again :-)

Very well. The estimate was below my other quotes, and the company was local to my town. I had other project going on, but Denise was able to adjust the schedule and fit me in right before end of season. The team arrived a few hours earlier than I thought which was great. They cleaned up the driveway better than I ever could. They made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. I needed them to put additional stakes and caution tape so that people would not walk on the walkway (i.e. mail person). They were happy to put that up for me without issue.
