I had a great experience with John Cooper paving. It was a smooth process from start to finish. The day I had scheduled ended up raining but they were able to reschedule and get me in for the next business day. Workers showed up early and got the job done and cleaned up quickly. They explained the process and aftercare to me and answered any questions I had. My new driveway and walkway look amazing!

Denise (owner) and Jackie (office manager) are a great team and were able to schedule the driveway install quickly even with a two month backlog. The work crew was timely, respectful and absolute perfectionists. My driveway came out amazing so much so that people were spotted pulling over to take pictures of the sign in my yard....hopefully that means more buisness for John Cooper!

Having spent a career at UPS as a project manager I consider myself very experienced at evaluating and choosing contractors to achieve my project goals. I base my decisions on Professionalism, Competency, Knowledge, Organization and Communication\Follow up. John Cooper Paving met or exceeded each of these. I reached out to five companies for estimates. Of those five, four responded with three actually meeting with me. Denise Cooper met with me in June and I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and competency. She quickly identified critical areas of the project that had to be addressed that I had to point out to other companies who either ignored or missed. We discussed the scope and parameters of the project and she clearly reviewed what would be required to meet my requirements. She documented our discussion in a detailed estimate with a complete description of all work to be completed. The pricing was very competitive and I must give high marks to an owner who makes it her business to be the first point of contact for a new client. Communication prior to the work was excellent. Any questions I had were answered within a day and I was contacted a week prior to the scheduled date. Additionally, the date had to be rescheduled twice due to issues on my part and poor weather. Denise and her people were able to adjust smoothly and efficiently. On the date of the project, my choice of John Cooper Paving was justified. I was very impressed with the the organization and efficiency of the work crew that arrived. Jack Cooper arrived at 7am and we did a complete walk through of the project at which time he verified all work to be done. At 7:30 the full work crew of 7 men arrived and I was very impressed with their teamwork and efficiency. I have managed countless work groups over the course of my career and this group is one of the best I've seen. Each person had a specific job and worked steadily. There was no wasted effort or leaning on shovels. Additionally the team left no traces that they were ever there after a thorough cleanup. I should also mention considering all the equipment that was in the road, the company was incredibly considerate to my neighbors. The project was completed in two hours and the quality was well beyond anything I expected. John Cooper Paving exceeded all my expectations. We had a driveway that was in very poor condition, and in desperate need of repair. We received quotes from multiple companies and in the end decided to go with John Cooper. They were very professional and courteous. I’m so glad we made that decision the driveway looks fantastic! They completed the job in one day for the price quoted with no surprises. They totally transformed our old original driveway into a new and larger driveway. They did it in a timely manner and their work was beautiful.

The new driveway appeared like magic! The demolition of the old driveway was quick, well planned and efficiently completed. The new driveway and sub surfaces were expertly installed. Clean up was immaculate. Each person working was competent and friendly. All communication prior to installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. It is refreshing to deal with a company taking pride in its work and delivering the job exactly as promised.

I contacted the company on behalf of a number of neighbors in a relatively new community in Plymouth, MA. Each of the residents was in need of having their driveways sealed since they'd been in their houses for a year or more. Communication with the company was first rate from start to finish. My initial inquiry was responded to very quickly. I explained what we had in mind and within a few days Denise Cooper came out to look at the potential job site. A price was negotiated, assuming we could guarantee a certain number of homes. In the end, they ended up doing 34 driveways over the course of three days. Two gentlemen worked in the sweltering heat over 2.5 days. They did a great job! The driveways look wonderful and I've spoken with a number of residents who have expressed a high level of satisfaction with the work. They took care to not get the sealer on the lawns and created a nice smooth finish on each driveway. A quick word about the office manager, Jacquie. She was a delight to work with over the course of a couple of months. Being able to communicate via text was huge at times and her responsiveness was much appreciated. She was able to accommodate some last minute changes over the course of the last three days, even though the work was being done on over a weekend. Even on the final day of the project we had one person asking to join in and she was able to get her on the list. In short, the company was very professional, communicated very well, they delivered top quality results and will likely get future business from our residents.

Very well. Showed up when they said they would, even a little early, which is a good thing. Finished the job in less time than they said it would take, but no skimping on workmanship or quality. It has been a few days since the work was done. We like looking at our new driveway. They way they designed really makes the whole property look much better.

I highly recommend! From first call,Jackie's sunny &helpful voice greeted me.Within two days,Denise came personally to evaluate and estimate the job.There was a change in date initially due to public health issue & need to accommodate another job previously scheduled. Denise was flexible and another date was easily set up. Joshua came with his crew to explain the process & to answer any questions on day of instillation. They removed old asphalt down to soil and also covered an existing sidewalk patch that had become an eyesore. The crew was efficient, professional and cleaned up before leaving. They also encourage calls if any questions or concerns after instillation. Thanks to Denise and crew for a beautiful job.
