I really appreciated this company's honest professional approach, their customer service and communication skills, and the fact that they are a female owned and managed business. So much so that I decided to post this review even though we decided to wait until spring to fix the issue. As mentioned, they are professional; they set an appointment time with me, called me the day before to confirm. Then Alysha showed up as scheduled and listened to my needs and came up with some possible solution options to correct the problem. She also suggested that is was late in the season and that If you are looking for an honest contractor to work with, two big thumbs up for John Cooper Paving.

The driveway came out great and the communication about what was going to be done and the customer service was top notch.

I would highly recommend John Cooper paving. They're very pleasant to work with and their crew did an amazing job! Pricing is reasonable, they showed up on time and finished earlier than anticipated. The finished product looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Everything was flawless from start to finish.

Got my driveway seal-coated. Denise promptly came by within days of posting the project. She was thorough and gave me a really good price. Jackie at the office was excellent with communication and coordinating the schedule. Steven came and did the sealcoat by hand using a squeegee (perfect way to get a good sealcoat) with 2 crew members. My driveway looks fantastic! Overall it was a perfect price; perfect communication and perfect workmanship. Thank you!

It went GREAT!!! Denise and Jackie were pleasant to deal with thru the whole process. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The crew that worked on my Driveway were like a well oiled machine. They were prompt and were very respectiful not only to me but also my property. Cooper Driveway and sealing are absolutely The Best!! We had a new driveway installed last year and just had it sealed this year. The people are fantastic, responsive and professional! They answer any questions you have and explain everything. They have great prices and a super reputation! Call them if you need a new driveway or need yours sealed, won’t be disappointed!

The driveway looks better than ever! Jackie was excellent at communicating what was being done and actually was able to schedule us for an earlier date than originally planned, The crew showed up, cleaned up the driveway and edging prior to the coating then meticulously put down a coat of sealer and caution taped the end of the driveway. Overall it was a terrific experience!

From beginning to end they were fantastic. Setting the estimate was easy and seemless. Very efficient estimate was done and I was given a great price right on the spot. Replaced a single-car-width driveway with a new double-width. Job was professionally performed. I can fit 4 cars comfortably. Had them do a seal coat the following year. Excellent service.

Fabulous job! I only wish I used them to asphalt the driveway....I used Advance Asphalt which was a HUGE mistake. I would definitely recommend John Cooper for any of your pavement needs. Steve was very friendly and reiterated what they were going to do before starting. All three of the men worked very hard and it shows. Jackie the secretary is wonderful and so was Denise who came out to give me an estimate. Professionalism from beginning to end.

My experience with John Cooper Paving & Sealing was outstanding from start to finish. The owner and crew's excellent communication skills were key. The crew got to my home right on time and jumped into action. The amount of work they accomplished in such little time was hard to believe but you can see that they are so in sync with each other as they work. They left my property cleaner than it was when they had arrived! When I had something I wanted changed (due to personal preference and after they had already left!), Denise sent a couple of guys right back to my property to help me work it out. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent. The company came out and detailed the work in the estimate, came out again to address a follow up question we had. They communicated the day of install and really strived to ensure the job emphasized quality. Great communication and the driveway looks amazing. Really happy with the job.

It went great. We changed our original plans and John Cooper paving was able to adjust for us without any issues. We went from having a tiny driveway only big enough for one car to being able to easily fit four vehicles! This was the best company we could have asked for and they exceeded our expectations.
