I had this service done before joining the Angie's list community. They were awesome in the way they handled all aspects of the job, from the quote to completion. They gave us the best price we had from 3 others, they came in as scheduled took down the trees and removed stumps as agreed to. They removed all wood and cleaned up almost like nobody was even there. i would recommend this company to any family or friends that need this service. They were very professional and courteous.

The employees of Hansen Landscaping and Tree Service were polite, professional and did a thorough job.

Service: I called around 4-5 places, some from Angies list and other just through word of mouth and Hansen was the cheapest. I saw that they had some good reviews on this website so I decided to go with them, They did a great job, going above and beyond the agreed project (grinding a few extra stumps for me).

They were awesome. They were personable, dependable, and safe. They did what they said they would do and showed up on time. They were fast.

The crew arrived at 7:00 A.M. and got right to work. They were all regular guys and worked really hard until after 5:00 P.M. The foreman was Brian and the teamwork was obvious. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up nice and neat. After the truck came by the next morning to pick up all the big tree trunks we had our first chance to look things over and it all came out just the way we wanted. Because there wasn't a whole lot of room for the men to work we noticed a few spots where the lawn got hurt a little more than we expected so we got in touch with Hansen and asked if they could take a look. True to their word, they fixed things up and we are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Hansen.

Went very well. The tree was overhanging two houses, plus 4 electrical wires were running through it also I had 3 newly cemented poles in the area. The man in the Bucket Truck did a great job cutting branches with a chainsaw and dropped everything in a safe area where the other workers pulled everything away. The Tree branches that were trimmed had 3 wires running through them, and the worker was carefull and did a good job!! Had the job done in 90 minutes and cleaned up after themselves

Everything went very well, and as you would expect. The company sent an estimator quickly when we contacted them for a price quote. The price they quoted was reasonable and within the ball park we anticipated, so based on other positive reviews we went with Hanson Tree Service. It took a while to schedule the work but only because of us. Their scheduler was responsive and continued to contact us to nail down a day and time to do the work. When the work occurred they kept us informed that day about when the crew would arrive, and the crew all did their jobs very well and took care not to damage other trees or plants or anything else on our property. They cleaned up all debris. They took extra care grinding the stump we wanted removed, and did a very thorough job removing as many roots as possible since we plan to install a walk way to our front door, right through the area where a mature Red Maple had been (this is one of the trees we removed). All in all it went very well and we will likely use this company again for other tree removal we will need to do.

I spent about $500 on that service. It was fine and they were good. They were responsive, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to and for the cost they quoted. I thought that the price was fair.

I had 10 trees removed from my property as well as stumps ground and removed. Very professional work, removed all debris after the job.

They did an exceptional job and they were superb. They came out right away when we called them and were reasonable. They were friendly, nice and took the time to speak to my husband. They were also very professional and good.

They did the work and it was fine. I had a beautiful dogwood tree that died and they came and took it out. I also had some trees losing limbs in the winter. I had them trimmed so that there was no danger to the roof. They are efficient and did a good job. I called them and they came to give an estimate. I told him to do it as quickly as possible and they did it within several weeks. I was pleased with the work.

Called and got an appointment for estimate. Estimate was given to clear part of the tree from the house (around $400) and for the complete removal of the tree ($785). We went ahead and sent in the deposit for the whole tree to be removed ($50). A week later they called and said they would be there to do it 2 days later. Again, on time, quick and did a pretty job of cleaning up after themselves. I asked the climber how the roof and top of the house looked as it is a 3 story and I can't see up there. He pointed out a hole in the siding right under the roof over-hang. I really appreciate them noticing these details, as I would never know these things until a real problem arose from the hole or the bad roof patch the last time they were here.

It went very well. Ed Hansen came to the house at the appointed time and gave us an estimate which was the lowest of the four we received. Within a week of accepting their bid, Hansen scheduled a time to do the work. They arrived as scheduled, did what they were supposed to do and charged what they said they would charge. All of the workers were professional and courteous and they did a good job of cleaning up.

I left three messages with their office (with a live,human voice) and was assured they would call me back. This was over a period of about three weeks. I have a message machine and caller ID so I am sure they never called back.

They did a nice job. I was amazed at the amount of men & machinery that they had here. I thought it was a good price.
