 + -1 moreThey do a good job, I highly recommend them. We have been going there for years. I was building myself a computer, I put it together and it didn't work. I took it in for them to troubleshoot. I am very happy with them. Their prices are reasonable. I have no problems with them. I didn't have any bad experiences with them. I use them all the time. That is the only place I know of in Zachary that you can go get your computer fixed. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: They installed some programs.

 + -1 moreI use them all the time. I thought the price was reasonable. They bill me every month. The only complaint, but not really a complaint per say because it works is : once in a while I want to put a program on my computer the anti virus won't let me. There's no way for me to turn it off for me to install a program. I have to call them up and they have to turn it off so I can install a program and turn it back on. It's just a little bit of a hassle. But that's the only bad thing I can say but it's not really bad. Because it does what it's suppose to do.I already recommend them if somebody has trouble with their computer I recommend they go there. At times I've called them up and they helped me over the phone. Other than that I take my computer over there. I have never had any problems with them.
Description of Work: This is a monthly service to monitor my computer for viruses and malware. They also provided offsite back up services for important stuff on both my wife and I's computer.

 + -1 moreThey are very responsive. If I took the computer in there they would let me look over their shoulders while their trying to figure out whats going on with it if their not busy. If I have a question about somebody they will explain it to me.
Description of Work: They helped with repair for my wife's computer. They installed the operating system. They troubleshooted the computer.

 + -1 moreEverything was handled professionally and very timely, both computers are back home and working well. We have had no more connection issues with online tutoring and the larger computer is working well for watching movies and playing Minecraft. I am happy to have found a new computer expert in Zachary, I had tried some of the others but IfinIT has been a great find.
Description of Work: InfinIT worked on 2 laptops, one was messed up in oh-so-many ways: hardware, software, virus-ridden, the other was a small computer used specifically for tutoring that had connection issues. Both had been looked at by Office Depot but nothing really was fixed. Brett spent a lot of time talking to my daughter to find out exactly what we needed --and let us know what we could expect.
