+ -1 moreHorrible. He came one time and talked on his cell phone that rang continuously as he explained excuses to callers why their work was not on schedule or some work was not completed. He committed to call me back many times and he never did. I told him 3 times that I wanted to give him a deposit and move forward with our job and he just "went away" never called back. I don't know how he could still be in business. I've never experienced anything so disappointing and frustrating as I had picked him because of his Angie's rating.

+ 0 moreTook about 3 weeks to secure flooring material. Craig set the window date for the installation and time to do the work (1 day), he met this window. Craig and his helpers were courteous, unobtrusive and respectful to our property/questions during the installation process. The work went as Craig said, the floor is beautiful and the price was exactly as promised. I am very satisfied with his work and the experience we had with WCM. I definitely would use WCM again and will also consider them for any tile work I might need in the future.
Description of Work: Engineered flooring damaged due to water influx from hard rains. Got quotes and went with WCM due to Craig's prompt response, professional attitude/explanation of how he would do the work (minimize removing molding and fix other problems we had with flooring), and his cost. Craig was straight up with us on costs and retailers could check with; good adhesive he got at a better price, flooring (+600 sq ft) we got ourselves at a better price. He also worked with us to where we did the demo and prepared the floor so all he had to do was the installation, saved us a considerable amount of money. Craig was prompt/responsive to text's of our questions when securing the materials.

+ 0 moreCraig showed up on time, analyzed the situation and started pulling up the floor leading to the scrapped planks. He replaced the scrapped planks with the few extra the prior owners had provided us and put back the other planks. The task took maybe 45 minutes. The floor looked as good as new. It's been over a year now since he's serviced the floors and we've had no issues with the planks moving or anything like that. Craig is very handy. He's also turned a closet in my garage into a room with a window, window A/C unit, and a solid metal outdoor door.
Description of Work: The prior owners of our house left us a sleeper sofa in the office. In the office was laminate flooring and under the sleeper sofa's feet were no felt pads. When we moved the sofa, the feet scrapped the wood. We called Craig to come remove and replace the 3 planks we had damaged.
