+ -1 moreToo Unstable. They have changed crews on me about four times in six months. Just when I get a good crew, MMs loses the workers. The last crew I had for two cleanings was the best ever. Two mature ladies who really cleaned , but them one of them quit and the other got sick but no one at MMs called to tell me about the change in crew AND schedule so I fired them.

+ -1 moreI called to get a quote and hired them for the job. I was told $150. When I got the bill it was over $300 and baseboards etc were still dusty. They did nothing but spray air freshener and pour some chemicals in my toilets. Very disappointed. I will never use them again..
Description of Work: Cleaned an empty town home that I was putting up for sale. I am a clean freak and my house is immaculate. I hired them to wipe down base boards and blinds after I moved out.

+ -1 moreI use Merry Maids weekly. I like that they show up on time, that they send the same people, and that they do a good job while they are there. They are a little high in price but they are a bonded service, so you pay for that too. They are professional, they wear uniforms when they show up for cleaning.

+ -1 moreHorrible! Do not waste your time or money. I have a 2900 sq ft home and the team of 2 was gone in less than 2 hours (for 140.00!!!) I honestly could not tell that anyone had been here to clean. It is the absolute worst housecleaning experience ever (I have used maid services for past 10 years in New Orleans and San Antonio, TX)
