 + -1 moreThey were suppose to deliver a dumpster with the understanding that I only had a 1 day window to have dumpster. They agreed to terms and then on the day never showed up. I called at 9am asking where the dumpster was as I can a work crew ready to load it. At that time the receptionist said she would speak with dispatcher and call me back. She did not call me back until 11am to let me know the dumpster wouldn't be delivered until the next day. Didn't need it the next day. I needed it the day I originally booked.
Description of Work: Never showed up with my dumpster that they promised me by 8:30am.

 + -1 moreWe contacted Vic's on 10/23/14 and on 10/24/14 we received our dumpster. We were given a time for delivery and 30 mins prior we were called and told they were on the way. The dumpster arrived right on time. Driver was courteous and set the dumpster exactly where we wanted it. We were charged a fair rate for a 30 day rental as opposed to other rental companies who wanted more money for only two weeks. On 11/24/14, they arrived at our home and picked up the full dumpster. We will definitely use Vic's for our next remodeling project!

 + -1 moreI contacted Local Dumpster Service, which actually contracts out dumpster rentals to "local" agencies. Vic's contacted me, told me they had been contracted out to provide service and they were actually the local company. I cancelled the sercice I had scheduled, Vic's brought me a dumpster the next day for 175.00 cheaper and allowed me to keep it for 30 days, vice the 7 that Local Dumpster told me I could have it for. Highly recommend Vic's, strongly discourage using Local Dumpster Rental.....ever
