I got exactly what I wanted. Other AC people seemed to not care about how old & ugly my AC Register was, but now I have exactly what I was looking for. He also inspected gas furnace & AC to make sure it was all in working order. Very pleased.

The technician, who is also the owner of the company, responded to our call the very same day. He was professional and efficient with his time and diagnosed a problem with our drain pipe. He cleared the pipe and then went over some other areas that needed attention on our AC unit. He charged us a reasonable price and gave us an estimate for future work. He also shared some valuable info about an energy saving program. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Glad we called Presidential AC.

Mr. Roosevelt of Presidential A/C & Heating performed annual spring maintenance on my A/C, clearing the gunk out of the drain line. He also let me know that my freon needs refilling. He was on-time, courteous, and quick.

Discovered why the heat was intermittent, And replaced induction fan. Fixed everything. Showed up exactly on time, diagnosed perfectly, reasonable charge to repair. Rosevelt Nunnery could not have been smarter, or more knowledgeable. So happy to have a responsible, honest. AC/Heat person to call in the future....

Arrived when needed, which was near emergency status. Was capable of identifying the problem, servicing the a/c unit and left everything functioning perfectly. Will definitely use them again for maintenance and repairs. Smart, courteous, punctual, accommodating people. Roosevelt Nunnery was the best AC tech I have ever used.

It turned out good. It took a few weeks for them to come out. The price was good. They did good work. It just took them so long to come out. The workers were good.

Roosevelt came out and called to order the part 2 days before Thanksgiving. He came back the next day to put in the new part. I now have central heat for Thanksgiving! They really helped me out and we're affordable. I will call them again for heater and a.c. work.

My normal HVAC guy was unavailable. I searched Angie's and gave Presidential a call at 8:45. Roosevelt answered and agreed to work us in at 11:15. He showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote to fix the same day. I agreed; he went to pick up the parts, came back, and fixed it. Quick, same day service; very professional and courteous. I can't comment on price, as I have no basis of comparison for the parts that needed to be replaced - 4-speed fan and capacitor. Apparently the parts cost more for 4-speed fan vs lesser fan. No complaints on same-day service and getting me out of a stressful bind. I wouldn't hesitate to give Roosevelt a call again if needed.
