THANK YOU, Roosevelt and Presidential A/C & Heating! I was so impressed with how responsive, honest, and thorough Roosevelt and his team were. He fixed our a/c unit and was transparent with the price and time it would take to replace our unit. We really appreciate it and will be repeat customers.

Everything went better than expected. Mr Roosevelt was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done. He made an appointment. Called the night before to confirm appointment and told us when he would arrive. He arrived promptly. Job was completed and they cleaned up all trash. Then he called to make sure every thing was working properly and stated to call w any problems ( and told us what problems to look out for). Very impressed w the overall experience!!

He came out and did the service great. He went beyond what I paid for when he noticed a few extra things and repaired at no cost. I also called him a week after the first service because my A/C fan went out. I was about to leave for a small trip and he came right away and fixed the fan. Would recommend to anyone and I will never use anyone else. Great man to work with.

I had to pay more than the $70 Big Deal because I had to pay $100 for having some coolant added. Since the price was a special, I think it was okay. I had to call them to come out. They did not call me. I ordered it online and then, I had to follow-up three days later when I had not heard from them. Once I did, they came out and got it working with me.

He said he checked everything and it was "fine." I was also 2 1/2 lbs light on Freon, which I paid additional for. A couple of days later, water was pouring from my ceiling. The gentleman came back to see what was happening. When he found I had a home warranty plan, he could not leave fast enough. The HW people sent a different company out - the coil, drains, etc in the attic part of the unit was not cleaned and serviced as promised in the coupon. I had to pay additional money to another company to do what his coupon advertised.

I have not been able to make contact with this company nor have I been contacted by them. We have given 3 different dates for them to schedule one of them to come out. However, have not heard from them. Services have already been paid ($70).

He checked Freon and and coil. He observed my unit from the outside the attic but did not go into the attic to see it. He was supposed to have checked 20 things but only checked one. He was a nice guy.

Great communication, let me know where he was and when he was coming. Confirmed times as it got closer. Was quick to get to work checking my AC system and why it was freezing up. Thorough troubleshooting found the broken component, and a quick install had me up and running again. Great guy and great service. Definitely will use again.

He came on time, was friendly and professional, performed the necessary repairs, explained all work, showed us the old coils when he removed them so we could see the leak, showed us the new coils before he put them in, performed the repairs in the allotted time, and cleaned up when done. The unit is working well now and we would absolutely recommend him, and we will use him again for our AC needs.

After many times attempting to get in contact with the I finally did. They did a good job. The technician was professional and did an thorough check. Even left notes on the receipt for future issues that may come up with my unit.

Our A/C stopped working around 4PM on a Saturday afternoon...in August. Needless to say, the temperature rose very quickly. Desperately, we went to Angie's list and looked for highly-rated HVAC companies who offered services on Sundays. Some of the companies with hundreds of reviews (many D's and F's even though they have an overall A rating) wanted to charge around $175 just to come out. We ended up taking a chance on Presidential because they answered the phone immediately, and charged a very reasonable rate to take a call on a Sunday. Admittedly, we were a little worried given that Presidential didn't have many reviews. However, we could not have been more pleased with the quality, punctuality, professionalism, and price of the repair. Roosevelt, the repair professional, showed up on 8AM Sunday morning and the AC was back on by 8:30AM. I will definitley call Presidential the next time we need HVAC services and will recommend Presidential to all of our friends and neighbors.

Very clean cut and nice. Did the job thoroughly. Didn't leave a mess. Very professional. The price was very reasonable. Took time to show how he did things.
